Zero stars. The management is completely unprofessional, they lack basic communication skills with employees. They do not seem to actually want people to work there, as they do not communicate what shifts are available in a timely manner, and even fail completely to text or call at all. Prospective employees get their hopes up after being told they have a job, only to be blown off by management for weeks with no response as to when they can begin work.

Pizza was 45 minutes late and cold. Girl who answered the phone was not very good at understanding a refund and put me on hold 4 times.

After waiting an hour they give us two pizzas that all of the toppings were on the box.... waited another hour to have it replace after spending 80 NOT WORTH IT SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND

Reviews are all about management makes me wonder if most of this reviews are self made if so making reviews to make yourself feel good is kinda sad. Nothing special about this place. Just a sad story.

management is running the place into the ground. five employees including myself got tired of getting walked over so we put in our two weeks. after we did they deleted us from the system and removed us from the schedule, firing us after we had put in two weeks notice. in short the management is a joke and they treat their employees as trash. ignoring school schedules, over schedules and ignores your availability. after working a full 40+ hours at my 5-3 job they ignored my availability and scheduled me to work till closing (11 or 12 at night) every day of the week every week for 2 months. not only that but the equipment for the store is old and only half of it works as it should example: the oven was only running one side the entire time I worked there and it bearly runs at cooking temperature often dropping below it. the phone work only half the time as well as the computers ect. papa John's is a barely operational establishment with owners and management that should not be in charge and doesn't pay a single penny out of pocket to fix equipment or proper maintenance.

Just so you guys are aware—a lot of the reviews posted are fake, and made by staff members and their families. A lot of reviews name specific people that work at the store so beware of those.

I called to place my order and talked on the phone with Sierra and she was so kind and polite and accommodated me with all my special requests. I love this papa John’s, not a lot of pizza places get it right but they always do!

Showed up to pick up an order and was asked to wait while an employee finished something on the computer. Employee finished what she was doing, made something without washing hands, clocked out and left. Asked another employee if I could get my order that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time and left. Horrible customer service and food safety.

I came into store to get a pizza made for the kids and I. My kids were being so loud but Sierra was so understanding and helped me out and got my pizza done as fast as she could. I don’t live in Greeley but we were on our way home from a long drive up north and just needed food to make the kids happy! So thank you Sierra for everything you did!!

Today I had one of the most wonderfully memorable experiences ordering pizza. I called in to place my order and Bri, took it with such a pleasant and positive attitude it was truly refreshing to see in the food service industry. She quoted me my proper time, but I live so close I was a tad early. She was really sweet checking me out and let me know it was going to be another ten minutes and apologized. She offered to bring it to my car which was really going above and beyond, and I graciously accepted. About 5 minutes later she knocked on my window and I opened my back hatch. I didn’t realize my pitbull Ralph was with, and he accidentally jumped out and gave her a little nip. Bri was extremely understanding and brushed it off. A really all-star employee!!!
