We were so excited to try this place after hearing so much about it. My in laws were in town from Idaho, so I called to make a reservation an hour before we went in just in case because we heard it can be busy!I got on the phone and the gal that picked up said no need for a reservation because they were fully available all evening and would get us in.We brought our family of only 4 in an hour later only to be told there was no availability not only for right then, but for the rest of the evening.It’s very disappointing especially when you call to make a reservation and then having to go find another option last minute. I hope from now on the waitress or hostess will just accept and also promote reservations there so this does not happen to someone else.

I went here to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UNC last night and it couldn't have been any better really. Our waiter was so awesome and made sure to acknowledge the occasion, even giving her a slice of lemon cake for free. Menu had everything you could want from an italian spot. Everything came out looking great and tasted amazing . Thanks again to the staff and chef.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!The food is innovative and top shelf!So tasty! Be sure to try the bread!The service was impeccable!The restaurant is a bit small, and parking can be somewhat difficult, but it is definitely worth the small inconveniences.I so hope they succeed, stay and maybe add locations in Colorado.

This place is top notch. It's been excellent evertime I've been there. Service is spot on, drinks are well made and tge food is excellent. The breakfast is also very very good.
Everyone knows the Italian food scene in Greeley has fierce competition. I say Pinocchio's should be counted among the best. The atmosphere is great - cozy with simple elegance, which is a big step up from the days the location was home to the much beloved but greasy diner "The Kitchen". Service was top notch and the food, of course, delicious. The Sylvester sandwich was one I'd have for lunch everyday if I could. Dinner service was fantastic, the pasta was yummy and it will absolutely be on our radar for future nights with our family.Kid-friendliness: We took our two tiny ones (1 & 3 years old) and they were perfectly content to eat ALL the bow tie pasta they could get their hands on. The restaurant was very accommodating, but my husband and I will be returning for a date night in the future.

I still like this place but today I went in to order lasagna and salad. I noticed that on the menu the lasagna was $16.95 but my receipt said they charged me $17.95. I brought it up to the waitress and she told me it was in the computer at $17.95 and there was nothing she could do. I pressed her because I believe that people should be charged what the menu said. she was rude, which surprised me because I have been there several times and the staff has always been extremely nice. she pulled a dollar out of her pocket and threw it my way and said she was taking it out of her pocket. I asked to be able to speak with the owner, she had offered me the number at one point, but then said she didn't feel right giving me the number. I left my number and I don't expect to be contacted. I will go there again but I will watch and check my receipt and if the prices don't match what the menu says, I will have to stop going there due to principle. terribly disappointed because I actually love the food!
Their Gluten Free Lasagna is absolutely amazing and highly recommended for anyone! It’s delicious and husband says he cannot even tell it’s gluten free because it’s so good! Only problem is there’s no option for gluten free garlic bread. I’d settle for gluten free sourdough sliced bread with has been griddled with buttery garlic ?Would’ve given 5 stars but we’re having to have pickup or delivery so that we can enjoy our dinner together with gluten free bread.I’d recommend better communication with the online ordering though, especially if the online order doesn’t go directly to the restaurant.Other than slight improvements, this amazingly delicious Italian Restaurant has potential to being one of the best in Weld County, Colorado ?

The food was incredible! My boyfriend and I both got the Carbonara and it was delicious! We ordered the bread basket as an appetizer and was super impressed at how fresh everything tasted! We will be coming back for sure!
