Placed an order just one hour ago. The sent out the pizza but not the Donut bites. It happens however when I tried calling to rectify the issue I was disconnected 4 times. The lady at the call center was absolutely amazing but I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the actual store. Look like I'm out 12 bucks. Terrible customer service.

What happened to Pizza Hut? Toppings were so paper thin and sparse. If they were any thinner, they would be non-existant. At $2 per topping, this was pathetic. Pan crust more like hand tossed, not at all like it used to be. When asked about my pop, the driver replied, "Oh, was there a pop? I'll go get it from my car." Would he have kept it if I had not asked? Neither the website nor the app would let me use my rewards for breads sticks, even though I had enough points. Fries kinda soggy. Was not given a receipt. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time but got a 40% off coupon and thought I'd try. Was still expensive. Won't be giving my business again that's for sure.

Busy‼️The Poor Girl that Was the Only Employee Spotted my 30 minutes waiting was Working Very Hard! She Did a Great Job Despite Being Backed up a Bit and Busy. My order was complete and tasted great! Thanks to Her it all was done ry!Parking: Limited but plenty for all. Just a One way in and out lot.

The food was exactly as ordered and fresh and ready on time. Never have had a problem with this Pizza Hut. Always a great experience.
Order was placed at about 5pm with 30-40 minute delivery. By 6pm I tried calling the store, never got answered (rings until disconnected). I also noticed the order time had been changed to 6pm (which was wrong). Order arrived about 7pm.

Love this pizza hut! The staff is soooo friendly and accommodating, the food is great and the delivery driver Calvin is so awesome and kind!! Thank you Calvin and pizza hut staff for always being great!!
Sierra was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond she’s absolutely an amazing manager. She fixed a problem that was not even in her hands that DoorDash had messed up.

Place is a joke ordered online and had my trailer hook to my truck went in to pay and asked if they could bring it out to me on the side of the building she said I had to be in a contactless parking spot so I was going to pull around and take all spots with trailer and she asked if I wouldn’t and if I was parked where the delivery drivers park I had to move so I canceled my order and left guess they would rather lose money then bring me my food I worked in the food industry for many years you do what you have to to keep customers happy and coming back guess I’ll be ordering pizza from dominoes from now on
