What a horrible place!!! Bad staff. ? put our name down, sat, and waited they said 10 15 minutes. They sat a group that came in way after us, so i asked, and they said sorry, didn't put you down. I was pissed and asked for a manager, nothing so we left. Worst experience ever. They don't care horrible.

Every time we come here, the staff waitresses, food, and hosts are amazing! They are so nice and check to make sure food, drinks and everything is OK. The food is brought to your table super fast, yet cooked perfectly! My husband and I go here about once a week and continue to go here! Thank you to all the staff!! When we visit Greeley we find ourselves hitting Red Robin for a tasty burger! Great variety. Bottomless fries are delish but the home chips are the stuff of fried dreams. No photos because we always devour too fast!Dietary restrictions: Yummy Gf buns! Not mealy.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry

We came to have dinner with our family and my toddler was being fussy so we decided to get our food to go which was totally okay with our waiter and was so super nice about it. We get home with our 50$ to find both burgers completely raw and pink when asked for well done, our toddlers food had soggy cold fries like they weren’t prepared recently. It was such a huge disappointment to come home to our food absolutely disgusting and cold. ( We only live 6 mins from this location. )

Well, tried to have dinner with my family server told us that it would be a 15 minute wait as three other families showed up after us and we’re seated before us, and then told us that there are still waiting for our table. Went to walk out to the back to use the restroom and there was nobody at the tables but a few families honestly that’s the first time I’ve ever experienced that just such a rude service just terrible. Honestly, I wouldn’t care if they close this place down.
My hamburger was really good. The meat tastes so fresh.

it felt like our server with green hair was rushing us out of the restaurant. didn’t ask if i wanted pink or not but asked my partner. checked on our table maybe once or twice during the whole time which led to not asking for refills which really sucked. restaurant was barley busy when we came in. realllllly disappointed with the entire experience

Me and my 7yr old went out for our mommy and son dinner date and we had a voucher for a kids eat free so we went to red robins, and I am so happy we did, it was the best night we have had in a long time! The best part was the above and beyond friendliness and most amazing service we have ever received at any restaurant we've ever been to! Her name was Jesse and she was the sweetest, most attentive, kind, respectful, thorough, and all around joy to have had the pleasure of being served by. She got every detail of our order exact so our food was just the way we wanted it! She was on top of everything and we never had to ask or wait for any refills or any dishes to be taken off our table! It was absolute perfection! We will definitely be back as often as we can as a matter of fact that will probably be our spot for our mommy son date nights from now on! I will recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thanks Jesse!
My friends and I went here last night around 8:15 for dinner. We were promptly greeted and sat. It took about 10 minutes for our server to come over and get our drink order. We got 2 beers and 2 cocktails. The server also said she’d bring us out some fries. The beers came out about 10 minutes later. We were in a seat where we could see the bar and watched and the cocktails were made and then sat in the well for 10+ minutes, melting as our server was talking with what appeared to be people she knew. We got seated at 8:15 and didn’t get the drinks until almost 9 pm.Someone who looked like he was probably the manager brought us our appetizers and our food.We saw our server a total of 5 times and we were there for almost an hour and half.The person who looked like he was the manager took the cash we left to our server. He also asked if we needed any togo drinks or anything else. We got better customer service from him than our actual server.It would be a little more understandable if they were busy. But there were probably 10 tables and we saw at least 3 servers and food runners. It’s incredibly disappointing.
