Ordered a mocha cookie crumble coffee.SO much Whip cream! Not sure why but it’s like the whole bottom 1/4 of cup was whipped cream. Didn’t have that strong coffee/mocha flavor. Could taste the coconut milk, sugar, and whip. Typically have no issues at this location.also ordered the grilled cheese and that was 10/10

Ok I come here all the time, love you guys like a sister, but today was rough. Got the wrong drink at the drive thru (spoke to Talia on the phone and she was sweet and amazing) so I came back but both times I got my drinks the guy at the drive thru (spiked hat) he was overly touching the tops of the lids! Like more than necessary. Ack! Like the first wrong drink he wiped the rim overflow with his thumb and handed it to me then the 2nd correct drink he was palm holding it by the top and even brought to his face like a hug. Ugh idk please you guys don’t put your bare hands all over my lid. Was not offered a straw but I asked for a spare lid.

The mid age lady working at 8am today 1-24-24 was all over it, ready to challenge anyone over anything! It was fantastic, bad attitude check, poor customer service check, incorrect order check, combative? You bet! Hope she has a better day, but more importantly when she takes her breaks and is openly talking trash about her fellow coworkers she might want to make sure she’s not in ear shot of customers. Whew! It was good one today! Lol

Waited in line 20 minutes for y’all to be closed tonight 12/10! I couldn’t get out ofThe line either bc the line was so backed up . Pulled up to order and no one on the intercom / got tired of waiting- pulled up to window just to see you closed @ 4pm. FeltLike an idiot waiting just to find out you’re closed! Put a cone out or a closed sign in your drive through!!! Tffff

My wife has been at your Starbucks twice, very healthy lady and both times had horrible stomach pains and diarrhea after drinking your swill. Milk was off she thinks. Never again, too many other places to choose from that never make her sick. STAY AWAY! UPDATE, SHE'S NOW SO SICK WE ARE READY TO GO TO the ER. Hives as well now.

Almost a trip everyday. Same drink I order, black tea lemonade. It can taste different every single time some how. Some shifts seem way more experienced than others shifts. On mobile orders sometimes they let themselves get overloaded while the inside is completely empty and the wait will be 10 mins or so which makes online order pointless.Parking: Better to park at the bank lot and stroll over than fight traffic for a parking spot up front. No designated parking signs like the next door shops have for reserved parking.

Two weeks in a row now they have been completely out of fall flavors. What incompetent person is managing this place? Put up a sign so people do not get into your inescapable drive thru and hire better management that knows how to order product.
