So I just witnessed my fiance absolutely fumed with anger as she came back to our car without the order that she said we were late to pickup...when the reality of the situation was that our order#14c3e06a was not even started yet our pickup time was1235 and she returned to explain her frustrations at 12 55. And we were scheduled to bring this special order to a family event with our elderly loved ones and had to keep that schedule if we were to have waited it would have taken way too long for 1 person to fulfill order ... mngmnt on staff was not professional as she smiled and waved when she was exiting... overall I feel that with proper management that focuses on time management and customer relations the place could get back to what it was . Also a another staff member wouldn't hurt.....we won't be back for a while we will go to 10th street greeley co. 80634 where they run like a subway in the station always on time

Today was the first time in a long time that I've been here, a lot has changed, and for the better. I visited the Subway on 35th Ave and 20th Street. Both of the ladies are excellent in their craft. Teamwork like that comes from compatibility and passion for their work. Next time I won't take such a long break from them.

I’m a 3rd party delivery person and when I picked up my order, Cindy was all by herself. There were 2 people in front of me and after she got them taken care of she started my order. 2 people came in and she was polite and friendly and told them she’d be with them shortly. Give this woman a raise!!!!! She was wonderful and by herself. Everyone had a great experience. PS: make sure during lunch hours you have more than one person working.

It's actually kind of impressive how quickly this particular location has tanked. They don't open when they're supposed to, despite the posted hours. you can't even use the bathroom without making a purchase. One of the workers was smoking right outside the door when I pulled up. It's a mess.

Overcharged both times eating there over the past two weeks. Also, both orders were wrong and didn't even ask to heat up the kids sandwiches. Manger was not helpful and impolite. Charged 32.00 for a kids meal, six inch, and twelve inch today. Charged 22.00 for a kids meal and twelve inch last week. Told by the manager today that it's expensive to eat out when asking if the amount was correct.

This is the most disappointing subway I have ever been to! First of all there was one person there and her attitude was terrible! Then I find out she tried to call her boss to figure out how to make a certain sandwich and they didn’t answer! So apparently no one cares about this

Why is this place still in operations. Years of poor management, poor service & uncleanness. The owner of this place doesn't seem to care about their employees nor the customers who are treated disrespectful and unfair. I will NEVER suggest this Subway to anyone! It's a HEALTH RISK FOR ALL who enter and receive from this very poor establishment. DANGER!!

I am only giving a 4 because the girl working did well with no training. I used to be the store manager for the very location. I was shocked and appalled that this girl was left alone. She was very new and didn't know builds. It was obvious she didn't receive the training she should. The store manager needs to get a training plan in place and get their house in order.
