The place was disgusting. The food on the line wasn't fresh. The manager was rude to customers and employees. The bathrooms were uncleaned and unstocked. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get one sandwich, and I'm watching the one that's the manager on her phone instead of helping. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t have anything ready and then wanted me to do her job because she obviously didn’t care. Now I remember why I only go to Jimmy John’s.

Store closes at 930, googled it to make sure, but they locked the doors at 855 with the open sign still on. If you changed your hours update Google and the window please! Now my kids in the car crying, "SUBWAY, SUBWAY!"

Dirty restaurant, the quality of the sandwiches is bad we ordered online and any of the specifications were followed, lacking of freshness , paid for extra bacon and got barely a few

The person making my sandwich first was very nice, but then when I got to toppings, the next lady to finish putting toppings on my food was openly was sick and sniffling as she finished my food, the lettuce was all brown and the toppings all looks old and like they were on the verge of needing to be thrown out, so I ended up just getting meat and cheese to avoid old ingredients. The soda machine was all out of syrups so after buying a drink and trying four different sodas hoping I'd find a good one, I ended up throwing my drink out as I left and feeling like it wasn't worth the risk of getting sick to eat my food and ended up throwing it out. I get times are hard to keep staffing, but having someone openly sick working on the line in food is unsanitary.

Started out as the only customer in the store and was ready to order when the only staff member behind the counter decided the online orders were a higher priority than the accumulating customers literally standing in line. Not to mention the incessant alarm she couldn't be bothered to acknowledge or turn off. Please hire some people!

Waiting for over 30 minutes to order. Staff was slow and would not stay on the line making food with a line of customers. Very poor service.

Never got served. Came in the evening and we were the only customers. The one bug guy working there didn't acknowledge us while we were standing there waiting to start our order. He proceeded to make a large sandwhich in front of us (presumably for an online order as nobody else was there) but not before pushing down a large amount of trash in the trash can while wearing sandwhich making gloves. He then proceeded to keep making the large sandwhich with the same gloves he pushed the trash down with ! The whole time we were there the employee never once acknowledged us standing there. We left completely ignored and grossed out by what we had seen.

3pm wednesday 1/17 I was straight up ignored at the counter. Employee was 2ft away from me stocking the make line and would not even look up at me. No, "hi, one second I'll be right with you" or anything, just flat out ignored. There were no other customers in the store, so its not like he was distracted. Just could not care less. After standing in awkward silence for a couple minutes, I turned around and walked right out (which is obviously what this guy wanted) and took my business elsewhere. There is no way I'm letting an employee with that kind of attitude make my food. I mean, what kind of people are you hiring here? This used to be the best Subway in town, and now it's just angry/rude employees. I will never be back

Person at the counter handled the rush wonderfully. I Am really disappointed in the management there. The person at the counter said it was her first day. The were all alone and again she did a fantastic job but shame on management for leaving a brand new employee by themselves on their first day.

Can't make a simple sandwich it's wrong every time needs new management

About the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, did an online order to be picked up at 10 AM. I went at 10. There was one man cutting meat, nothing in the vegetable trays. It was obvious they weren't ready to make anything. When I spoke to him he just walked into the back room. I came back 35 minutes later, asked about my order, he pointed at this meat cutting machine which was slicing meat and went to the back. The third time I ask about my order, he walked around and pointed to the basket behind the cash register that said pick up. Always before when I asked for my order, someone HANDED it to me. I guess the rules changed and you're supposed to know how to pick up an order. I don't know how long the order sat in the basket before I learned about the new rules all this time I was the only I customer in the store. I left with my order at 11 AM. Needless to say, I am done with SUBWAY®!

Good lord. Every other time I go to this place, they’re out of something. Whoever is in charge of inventory should either learn their job better or be fired. It’s not that difficult. This is a sandwich place. Why the hell would they ever be out of any sandwich meats, let alone be out of them nearly as often as they are?
