I love coming to Sushi One. Every time I order from here, I always get amazing food. Today, my daughter and I came in and actually sat down to dine in. There was a small error with my food, and when I let our server Alex know, he was extremely kind and very helpful. He let the chef know, and they offered us complementary mochi for the inconvenience. I normally would have declined but my daughter was very excited about it. She left with a smile on her face and I got the joy of seeing her joy. Alex is amazing, he was very busy, training a new server Luke, who was also very good. Alex made our experience a good one, while being busy and also training a new staff member. Thank you so much Alex. Sushi One, you have a great employee. You guys rock!
This place is really special, between unique rolls and fresh, healthy options, this place is phenomenal. My only gripes are the limited space, and the prices can be a bit steep.

Update - It's been some time since we visited Sushi One. I'm not sure what happened but we noticed that all the regular sushi chefs were no longer there, and we noticed a significant difference in the quality of the food. We ordered the Rangoons as an appetizer and they came out dripping grease. Kinda gross. The rest of the rolls and sashimi were also not up the usual standards we expect from this place. The service was still good. I originally rated them at 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to drop my rating because of the this. I hope they are able to improve the quality of their food, because we really enjoyed this place. Fingers crossed.OMG some of the best sushi I’ve had in years. It’s a small place with limited seating but a great atmosphere with some outdoor seating. We sat at the bar and spoke with the sushi chefs. Great bunch of guys. Troy was the chef that did most of our platter. They have a very unique menu. It was sooo good. This is our new go-to sushi restaurant. Love it.

The food looks great but it's sushi, we are from Las Vegas and kive here now. There are so many good places with reasonable prices and amazing sushi. The prices here are unreasonable and flat out ubsurd, It's fish and rice not a steak dinner. Only reason I ate here is my wife wanted to try it. Your not a 5 star restaurant get realistic.
Intimate place with a lovely atmosphere, great service, and yummy options for vegetarian sushi rolls. The veggie tempura and miso soup are also delicious.

The Sushi here is top knotch!! This is a smaller establishment with limited seating however the service and atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend.Parking: Located in a strip mall. So there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and kid friendly menu options.
Customer service is what they need! Two couples came in to dine in & they said they were closed when it was not 8:30pm to close on a Thursday! Very sad, how they mistreat people and don’t answer the phone for a simple pick up order.
