The person behind the counter was extremely disrespectful when I used the restroom when I came in and then came up to the counter to order. I had violated some rule by not ordering first, and he was not interested in retaining me as a longtime, faithful customer. What a complete jerk with a horrible attitude toward customers.

I've been coming to this location for over a decade and I can't recall ever having any issues with service or food. I had a minor issue tonight in that there was no way to enter the discount offered on a coupon when ordering for delivery. I called the store, and they were happy to manually enter my order to ensure I received the discount. Despite being a fairly large order, they got everything correct and out the door in record time. Again, everything was correct (sad that this should be such a big deal, but way too many places can't seem to even do this). As always, the Philly sandwiches were outstanding. They (as always) had a good portion of quality meat (real beef, possibly rib-eye), cooked to perfection with all the classic toppings. Lastly, but far from the least is the bread. It is just crusty enough on the outside and an outstanding toothiness that seems perfect for Phillys. Now for the bad: Their prices are ridiculously high in Greeley compared to every other shop. And why is a pepper Philly more than a Works?! More evidence that restaurant owners in Greeley are horrible. Even when the restaurant has good service and food, they screw customers on price. To be clear, Fort Collins, Loveland, and even Cherry Creek have cheaper prices, and their average income and cost of living is MUCH higher than Greeley.

Dylan (Mgr) took my delivery order over the phone the day before. We wanted a catered option for a group of 25. Food was delivered on time by Dylan himself, he was very cordial and polite. He gave us all the utensils, serving spoons and even new salt and pepper shakers. Employees loved the food and buffet option worked the best for everyone. Salad was delicious as well.

I will have to give this place another chance, but my first try was a bit disappointing. I wanted to like it, but my sandwich was very bland and flavorless. The meat looked good and the sandwich looked appetizing in my pepper Philly, but was a lot down. With prices as high as they are these days, I've got to like it to make me keep coming back, so I plan to give it another try and maybe I'll update you when I do.

Used to love this place but recently the quality is terrible!! The fries are horrible and the bread is thin and very scarce on meat. Also the cheese curds seemed about half full. Not worth the rising prices if quality is going down.
