this is the second time I've had this place. first time was good... this time the rice tasted like minute rice. very hard grains. had to make my own rice after I spent $13 on a bowl with very little veggie!

Two of us ordered adding the spicy option. My steak was so hot with spice it was hard to eat. My coworker couldn't eat his. I don't know if it was a joke or that is the usual but it ruined my lunch, my nights sleep and a it gave me a horrible stomach ache on a beautiful Sunday morning. BUMMER!

Very disappointing meal. The chicken was very dry and they hardly had teriyaki sauce on the chicken. And to top it off, the meal gave me an upset stomach. Staff was really nice and the kid working the counter was very mature for his age. But I wish I had a better experience with their product.

Had the absolute best customer service here! All the gentleman working the night of January 17th, 2024 deserve a raise!!! It's people like this that keep customers coming back by providing tiptop customer service and amazing food!!
What has happened to this location? The teriyaki steak has changed significantly for the worse and the overpowering chemical smell being pumped into the dining room from the nail salon next door must be some violation of OSHA or FDA standards. My wife told me about the smell in there months ago I cannot believe that the management of this location has yet to resolve the problem.

I was craving terrikaki beef so I stopped in. After waiting a long time because they lost my ticket, I finally got my food and headed home. I was so disappointed. I don't know what meat they use but it was like paper beef. Not what I was expecting and a complete waste of money. Also there were hard pieces of rice mixed in with the cooked rice. I will never go back there!!!
