It's been awhile since I've had Tokyo Joes but I was very disappointed with the portioning in my $15 salmon poke bowl this time. There was ten tiny cubes of salmon, barely any avocado even though they charge you extra for it, and maybe 6 wanton strips. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered 17 of their largest bowls for my company and nothing was labeled. Not one sauce was labeled at all. It was kind of ridiculous. Like really? When you have that large of an order you boneheads need to label your sauces and bowls. I mean…it’s common sense. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Trash.

Best restaurant in town. Always fast, always correct, always delicious!

Tokyo Joes is decent. They have good salads and you can customize your own chicken bowl, which is nice. Their sushi is a complete rip-off and their management is unresponsive to customer complaints. They could do so much better if they paid attention to their customers. There is also no wifi in here, so you'll have pretty much almost no service if you decide to sit down and eat here. Check out the pictures of the sushi I attached. Barely anything inside the roll. You can get double the meat buying sushi from the gas station.

Every time we come in here, the service is just horrible. The staff are always so rude, and then when it asks for a tip, they get more mad when you put $0 because they were so rude to begin with. The food is always great, but the lack of kindness and customer service makes me not want to come back, ever! Our last visit, there were two boys that could not stop laughing. This was on July 20th around 1:30. We were waiting to order until they stopped laughing. Never said hello or how can I help you or anything. And just being extremely rude. They have no ounce of care. Then he brings out our food and threw the silverware down. I’m disgusted with the way our service is, and it’s not one time it’s every single time we come in here. And it sucks because the food is good but I don’t recommend if you want to be disrespected and have your lunch or dinner ruined.

We came in about an hour before closing and the staff was kind and courteous to us in spite of the fact that we were a very large group with somewhat complicated orders. Really appreciated the team making our family feel valued while we were there.Kid-friendliness: Good kid friendly meal options and drinks

The sushi could not be worse. It went straight into the trash. Literally, King Soopers sushi is much better than this. Unbelievable.

Great service; decent, clean food. The customer service here is par excellence. This is a "build your bowl in 5 steps" kind of restaurant. The first step is choose your protein: They have chicken (white or dark meat), steak, grilled shrimp and poke (raw salmon or tuna) options.Second, you choose your base: white rice, brown rice, or double vegetables (carb free). Third, you choose your vegetables. You can select none, few or all of them on the list. Fourth, you choose your toppings (up to two only) wonton crisps, crispy onions, sesame seeds, etc. Fifth( you choose one of their sauces. I chose two and had them put each one on the side in separate containers. Vegetables are all half cooked with precision. Overall, This food is clean and you will leave here with a healthy-full kind of feeling. Now go get 'em.

Please put friendlier people customer facing. The purple haired girl is not great at customer service.
