I keep giving this village inn location chances but I'm done after this time. Last time they refused to serve us curbside even though that's what we placed our order as, so the required my wife to go in which required her unloaded 2 sleeping babies. This time after ordering birthday cake pancakes with EXTRA frosting we didn't get any frosting. It's not a big deal but it's about the principle, I paid for something I didn't get. I'm sick of this locations terrible service.

Greedy owners must think the building can run itself. Two people working during dinner. Multiple waiting around for help and not an employee in sight in the dining room for ten minutes at a time. Hire some people!

Oh my goodness! Mike was PHENOMENAL!!! My friend and I let him know we haven’t seen each other in quite a while.. so we would be here a while. He was always filling up our beverages and when it was time to order he was right at our table with a smile!! He even kept my friend’s left over piece of pie in the cooler so it would stay cold. Not only is Mike an amazing waiter but an amazing waiter with such a kind heart! Thank you Mike for everything ‼️

My waiter was great did everything right!They didn't know what was in the special. I go to the rest room & the Manager Carlson throws my food in the trash doesn't ask anyone. Then say everyone makes mistakes doesn't remake my food just says sorry a few times & thinks that is ok!

We went on a busy Sunday morning, the Hostess, all the servers, every employee had a smile and a sense of humor. Everyone of them seemed to care about all customers, they seemed attentive to everyone and never acted rushed. The manager also had a great smile and pleasant personality. I will definitely visit this Village Inn again.
Big table, almost everyone had issues with their food. Noticably dirty utensils and cups. Server and manager were nice.

Tortillas, pancakes were hard. Food was cold. One meal didn't have any of the listed toppings. Fruit had seeds. Utensils and cups were dirty. Table was a teeter-totter. It was freezing inside on rainy day.Server was nice. Manager comped the meals.
