This location has gone down hill. Employees are rude, give you attitude if you ask for extra sauce and missing one of my drinks. Oh and they don't like to wear gloves when handling food. Do better.

03/10/2024 520pm Out of choco frosty tonight and my burger looks old even though i custom order, and my fries are almost all soggy and soft in a medium sachet of them... Staff did not seem to care much tonight.. very lax attitudes, and the food was not good.

Got there when first opened. Ordered the wife and I the bacon breakfast burrito meals. Supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon . Had only two and there was no potatoes in it. Also the eggs in the burrito was served cold .

Tried to stop by on 12/27 around 9:45PM to pick up a door dash order. The front doors were locked. I was forced to use the drive-through. Please understand that door dashers don't make any money when they have to wait long periods of time. Not only that, I had another customer's order waiting in the car. I now have 2 upset customers. The car ahead of us in the drive-through seemed to have a large order, so I went around. When I got to the window, I was ignored for a few minutes. I could see the order in a bag waiting to be picked up. The girl at the window asked me to pull around again because she supposedly had the drive-through order ready ahead of me. Keep in mind that the customer who had ordered Door Dash had their order in way before the customer ordering through the drive- through. Now, I'm waiting.... There are now 2 cars ahead of me because I had to go through the line again. The car that they had said that the food was ready for, sat there for another 3 minutes. The next car was delivered quickly. Then, when I got back up to the window, I was once again ignored. The order was canceled by the customer due to your lack of customer service
