Worse experience ever order thru online to be delivered and it said is been delivered and never received anything I call the store they didn’t do anything to help and they couldn’t give me my food anymore and either my money back !!! This wingstop like to stole people money the one in Greeley Colorado careful people simple as that if you don’t receive it they don’t do anything to help!!!

I stopped to get lunch, ordered my meal in the store for "to go", watched 6 or 7 different people come in after me and pick up to go orders, I tried to keep in my head that they probably ordered online before I did. Then I asked the cashier about my order, he then told me the kitchen crew had a mix up and was just starting my order(20 minutes after I ordered), and it would be done shortly, another 20 minutes goes, the assistant manager then came to me and apologized and offered some free items(Cajun corn and 10 more wings), cool, I didn't think I needed to check, they forgot half of the combo that was ordered, I didn't check till i got back to work, called and spoke with the manager, and, once again "oh I'm sorry everyone but me is new to this staff". I don't recommend if you want to get the food you actually order. Sorry but it's a thumbs down from me.

Great food great service-edit 9/21 3rd time I have been here and their drink machine is down. They don't refund the drink and won't change anything on the order. Flies are populating the lobby. This store has really gone downhill since they opened. ? ? typical greeley service. Avoid this store now 3/14/24 well over a year later and lobby is dirty, looks like it's been dirty for days ? wings shack it is from now on

I ordered delivery which can be tricky but every time the order was perfectly cooked and delicious! Impressive for sure. My personal favs are Atomic and Spicy Korean
I came in around close tonight and was starving. I hadn’t eaten all day and just go off of work, and was worried I wouldn’t be able to place an order. I asked the front cashier women, Rocio, if it was okay and she was incredibly accommodating. She helped me place my order quickly, did not take on an annoyed tone despite being in full right to do so, and informed me of a great boneless meal deal going in that saved me money. Her and the kitchen staff were stellar. I normally never leave reviews, but it was well appreciated and the food was great.

i love wingstop it’s one of my favorite places but the one time i get it somewhere that isn’t my hometown they always forget something even if i ask if everything is there . i ordered like 12$ worth of veggie sticks on my 90$ order and i asked them before taking the order if everything was in the bag, i get it if i was missing like a small fry and a small veggie stick . buh i ordered 2 of everything it was a big order . i know you guys are busy and ik big orders aren’t everyone favorite but please please please make sure everything is in the bag before letting people take the orders out . i live in a different town so obviously i’m not driving 30 minutes back to get veggie sticks buh just next time please please put everything in the bag for future orders for everyone . no one deserves to be excited for food and spend that much just to be let down by things missing . make sure people want to come back.
This place is amazing they have some of the best fries and of course the wings. The wings are always made fresh and are portioned well. The only thing that could use a little TLC is the soda machine. It's spotty and they are always running out.

WINGS WERE DRY !!!!!! Maria, the manager is awful. She violated a health violation code, told us to return the wings back to the wing stop. The lady who answered the phone for her was rude af as well someone needs to get these people fired !! Also, Maria told us that we had to return the wings tonight in order to get a refund we could not get a refund at any other time. The bag was full of grease and so we're the boxes. It was our first time coming to this place and our last time. MARIA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
