Absolute amateur operator. I fly private jets and use inflight caterers all the time. Without fail, ACW is consistently the worst caterer I use, and I only use them when there are no other options available. Their offerings are often incorrect, when they do get the types of meals correct, their portions are inconsistent and their presentations are always horrendous. It looks like truck stop food that was plated and wrapped by an angry 4 year old! I am usually quite embarrassed when my passengers see their meals from ACW. Their products reflect very poorly on me and my crew! It's become so bad lately that I am starting to refuse their pathetic offerings and will instead go to a supermarket and make the meals myself. I do a far, FAR superior job than this supposed "professional catering company."

Air Culinaire Denver is great. Their presentation is always nice. Their food is fresh and delicious. They are always there for us. What ever our need is, we can depend on them every time! Michael is a fantastic addition and does an amazing job.

They have horrible drivers. I was on 36 west bound and one of their drivers almost caused two huge accidents while he was texting and driving. If you want your food to arrive safely I would not use these guys. I am a pilot out of Rocky Mountain and I will not be recommending these guys!
