The restaurant always comes up with an excuse for not delivering the right service! First time when I went with friends everything was on the plate but some orders were messed up and later at the end of the meal it was said that the cook messed up the order ( I kept asking in between, they said it’s coming) .The items came to the table almost after an hour. Better try their to go service that’s faster then the dine in . Second time the to go order was messed up , they forgot to add the 4 items and sent only three !Please hire extra people to take care of people’s grievances!!! No comment about their biriyani though , it’s the best!!

I consider myself a foodie and my experience at Bay Leaf Indian Cuisine was exceptional. Friendly fast service.. Absolutely the best Indian food I've ever tasted..I highly recommend Bay Leaf for lunch and dinner.

The management/chef seems to be changed and the food taste/quality has degraded to the level that you feel your money is wasted. On friday night at 8 pm we were told rice is over, curry is not available, papad will take long time to come. The Manager seemed unbothered of the complaints or feedback given. Definitely not going back.

I hate to say it because I love Indian food but this place was the first mediocre Indian place I've been to. The servers acted like they didn't know what they were doing and the dish that I had hardly had any ingredients in it as if they were trying to save money. They didn't give me very much either. There were basically no vegetarian dishes that had multiple veggies like most Indian places. Food wasn't bad but they need work.

Came here on a casual recommendation and the food is awesome. We were so happy with our dinner- Garlic Naan, Mushroom Masala, Hot and Sour Soup, Samosas/Mint Chutney all fantastic. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu well. For atmosphere, the lights were a little bright for dinner but it was such an awesome meal!

I ordered food and they said it would be ready in less than an hour (at around 3) went to pick up the food (around 4) and they were closed! They didn't reopen until 5! I didn't want to wait that long so cancelled my order.
They are so stupid. They go on break from 3 to 5 pm, but still take orders from 3 to 5 pm on Uber Eats, and then they start preparing orders from 5 pm. This is heights of stupidity. Use your brains if u have some.

I'm not shy about leaving 1-star reviews for businesses when it's really deserved, but I try to avoid doing so for restaurants, because issues with food and service can be so subjective and ephemeral. In this case, however, I think it's necessary. This restaurant has changed ownership, and they don't deserve to retain the many glowing reviews for the previous ownership. In our experience, the service and food quality were quite poor (including us discovering when we got home that they got the order wrong). Seriously, one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. Yelp really needs to force businesses to start a new listing when ownership changes.

Had ordered some food over the phone a few days back. Very rude staff.Went to pick up food after 45 mins and it was not ready. Once it got ready, order was wrong. They told me to wait and they'll prepare the dish within 10 minute but ended up waiting for 30 minutes. No refund and no apology. Their service was good once upon a time but now has become terrible. Very disappointed.

I got kadai paneer, garlic naans and gobi manchuria. Gobi manchuria is good.This 2 star is for such a bad tasting kadai paneer. I have been living in usa for 14 years now and this kadai paneer is probably in the top 5 worst tasting paneer curry i ever had, its just full of pepper and coriander powder taste. The naans are below average at the best, they are very thick and didnt taste good at all.

I ordered a coconut milk based dish ate 1/2 , took the other half home. Got home through the 1st half up. Tossed the rest. The dish clearly isn't coconut based they're cutting corners here putting heavy cream in everything.You can cheat the wallet but not the body.
