I do not know what has happened to Boston market but I recently went and the food was cold the spinach tasted as if it was days old. I knew we should have left once we saw the condition of the food but we decided to give it the benefit of doubt and that was a bad idea. I think we took a few bites and then threw it away.

Went in around 730pm on a Sunday. Wanted to see how to food looked before ordering. All food looked to be sitting for minimum of two hours, rice was way longer than 4 hours though. The rice looked like it was transparent and rock hard. Mashed potatoes had crust on the edges. The spinach item was crusted like no other. Broccoli was basically empty. We waited for the meat loaf due to them not having it ready, which was fine because we knew it was going to be fresh. A customer before us ordered the same thing and got gravy on top. The gravy was empty, so one employee went to go get some more. The problem with that interaction was that instead of switching out the pan or cleaning the pan he just dumped the new gravy with what was left of the old gravy. Heated foods only have a shelf life of 4 hours. By joining portions he created a food safety hazard. He was also not wearing a hair net or cap. The Hispanic man was extremely soft spoken, couldn't even hear was he was saying and wasn't wearing gloves. Lastly the meat was kept out of sight of the customers within the store which created a unappealing display for the customers. I am mainly writing this review so the restaurant can address these issues if they are wanting to improve. If a dish isn't fit for consumption just remove it completely from the customers eyes. Food safety is the number one priority when handling ready to eat foods. The customers overall experience matters greatly. Food rating is a 2/5

Came in to pick up Thanksgiving dinner. Staff were incredibly rude and were swearing at the customers under their breath. This was Wednesday 11/23/2022 at 3:30. Heavyset Hispanic man was extra rude. Will never go here again. I'm letting everyone I know, know that.I arrived at 3pm to pick up my order which was supposed to be ready in-between 3pm-3:15pm it is almost 4 and I'm still waiting. When I asked how long they would be the entitled staff said that it was a big order so it was going to take him time. He actually had an attitude with me! This place needs to clean house. The staff are incompetent, and deplorable.Man in the third photo was extra disrespectful.

This is the second part to my other post. The other Ryan Bashor here is also me . I just have such a long review that it would not post it so I had to split it into two and use both of my accounts. The last thing I would like to review on is the fact that you can't get a hold of Boston market and any other way except for to call or send a letter in the mail. And when I called there was a queue, and they asked me if I wanted to save my place in line, and they would call me back when it reached my turn. And they did not, but I do understand it was Thursday which was Thanksgiving Eve, then today was Thanksgiving, and tomorrow's Black Friday so I'm probably going to have to wait to try to call again until Monday. But there is no way to contact them via email, or like an online chat to talk to customer service. No matter where I look no matter what I searched I could not find any email, or customer service connection that wasn't a phone number. But yeah this is my first Thanksgiving meal ordered through Boston market and unfortunately I think it might be my last. The turkey was amazing though it was super juicy, tasted amazing, and I used to work at the deli and customer service and I'm pretty sure that this is the same exact turkey breast that we used to slice up for the deli meat, and I'm not complaining cuz it was really yummy. But yeah if you read the other review by Ryan Bashor, that's also me.

I have officially met the worst employee in human history he was extremely rude to me when I came to pick up a grubhub order that according to him had already been picked up he was wrong as I had called grubhub to ask if the customer recieved it they said no and this man still refused to re make it he threw a tempertantrum about how delivery drivers are so entitled and proceeded to get loud and aggressive so I asked grubhub to cancel the order out of fear for my own safety worst pick up experience ever this happened Oct 21 around 7:15PM the employee refused to give me his name knowing he was doing the wrong thing will not be returning until this man is fired

Haven't Had Boston Market in awhile. We decided to get dinner there at this location. Walked in and at first I thought it was closed. Went to the line and saw nothing but old dry side dishes for options. Right away I was going to walk out. I ask the worker, do you guys have any sides that are fresh, he said they had Mac in cheese in back. I ask for that with a crispy chicken meal. I was hoping the food I received was gonna be decent. When I got home and open the dish. The chicken was pink inside not cooked all the way. I go two of the same dishes and both were pink inside. Mac and cheese was dry can tell it was powder cheese they use and our side cornbread were brick hard. Unable to eat them.I wanted to drive back there and demand my money back, but it was late and I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. But I will never go back there again. Guess it will be another while till we have Boston Market, Smh

What we did receive was fine, but no corn bread, orders were wrong, and the portions were tiny. I am 5"10 140lbs and the three piece meal didn't even come close to satisfying a dinner appetite. They don't serve food in the plastic Boston market trays anymore I guess. Just some little to go styrofoam containers.

They had 45 minutes to get my order together for three meals. Not one of the meals was ready when I got there and they hadn't put in chicken nuggets for the other two meals. Very low level of effort and regret when I confronted the manager. Go to another location!

Hello,I can't say that this is a complaint because I am trying to understand that things happen. The employee was very nice and professional. However, I found a spider in my sweet potatoes. I tried calling but there was no answer. The very thought of this makes me feel sick and emotional. Thank you.

If I could give this Boston Market zero stars I would. We came here a couple weeks ago and waited in the drive-through line for a half hour. When we finally got up to order we were told that they were out of turkey and ribs. It would have been nice if there was a note on the door or at the drive-thru saying that they were out of these items.

Waste of my freaking money. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they gave me a plain chicken breast on a bun with pickles. What the heck. Plus our rotisserie chicken nuggets were so tough and dry practically inedible. Super disappointed cause the food looked so good on the website.

So disappointed they no longer have turkey on their menu!! Sadly we will not be going back. They mentioned the turkey will not be back, it is only for Thanksgiving. Bummed

If you ever go here instead of Popeyes/Chic Fil A/Raisin' Canes... WHY?? All Boston Market's stuff is just "people like X, how can we make X worse and then still sell it"; plus the service at this one sucked, the coke tasted like cleaning solution (plus they forgot my coke until i sat at the window for a few minutes), then they also forgot an item that I was charged for. Again - why go here? Just drive 2 minutes in any direction and eat at whatever restaurant you find there instead
