"Oh. My. Gyro! ?I just left this Greek restaurant and I'm still trying to wrap my head around the culinary acrobatics I just witnessed. The food was like a Greek god in my mouth - it was Zeus-approved, for sure! ?First of all, the hummus was creamy and had just the right amount of garlic to make me want to shout "OPA!" and do a little plate-smashing dance. And don't even get me started on the spanakopita - it was like a flaky, spinach-filled cloud took a detour from Mount Olympus and landed on my plate. ?️But the real showstopper was the lamb souvlaki. I mean, I've had lamb before, but this was like lamb on steroids - it was so tender and juicy, I almost cried (happy tears, of course). And the tzatziki sauce? Forget about it - it was like a refreshing rain shower on a hot Mediterranean day. ☀️The service was also top-notch - our server was friendly and attentive, and even gave us a complimentary shot of ouzo to finish off the meal (which, let's be real, is the best way to finish off any meal). Overall, this Greek restaurant is a must-visit - it's like a culinary vacation to the Acropolis, without the annoying tourists and overpriced souvenir shops. OPA, indeed!" ?

Went with my friend for lunch; we were the only people in the store, which is completely fine with me. Mariana took our order which was 2 gyros plates, we ordered to-go. Really fast service, we only sat for about 5-7 minutes and it was all ready, Mariana was really sweet. Food was so good, I definitely recommend to others :)

Walked in to pick up a dinner to-go @6pm. Server wearing noise cancelling pink headphones, not very friendly and seemed disinterested in all of it. Silent atmosphere, no music, no customers, not inviting. Super uncomfortable experience, was relieved I didn’t commit to dining in. Baklava fingers soft, dull, bland, def not worth $7. Basic dinner for one pickup $32. Entree was just good enough to add one more star, salad was fresh and crisp, only reason not one star. Sorry, won’t be back.

My husband loves Greek food. He decided last minute, Wednesday evening when we had the worst snow storm in 3 years in Denver, he wanted to get Greek food take out. I'm surprised they were open. If you are going to stay open in wake of a snowstorm and serve food for take out you better make sure the order is right and fresh. Hell hath no fury like a wife who didn't want Greek food to begin with and her Chicken Shawarma is over cooked, dry and tastes like the spices were dumped on after it was cooked, the order of baklava was the size of 2 pieces of chicklets gum, she drove thru a treacherous snow storm to get there and it cost a small fortune. My husband loved the food but he's a man beast and when he's hungry he'll eat anything. I'll give them another chance during normal business hours but if you are going to stay open in the middle of a storm the food you are serving should be as fresh as when you opened for business. I have been Greece and many of the islands and that night I'm sad to say was not good Greek food.

The "vegan" plate is not actually vegan, they smother a sauce on that is not vegan. And there is whey in the pita. Not really trusting the garlic dip either based on them claiming other items are vegan when they're not. The dolmas are far too wet, loosely rolled, and not very flavorful. The hummus is "eh." The rice tastes like they cooked it in chicken broth, so be wary. Maybe the other locations are better, but the Greenwood Village one is not worth visiting again.

I’ve come in many times but today was way different. The food is usually amazing, as well as the service, but today my coworkers and I didn’t even get to order food. The waitress walked by us several times while the restaurant was empty and ignored us. We had no choice but to leave.i hope they get it together. Like why even open at that point?

I couldn't believe the lack of service at this place! There was just the lady who works there. No customers , no one! We came in and she didn't even greet us. We sat and looked at the menu but she never came to take our order or to offer water !!! My husband put the timer and got tired of waiting and asked me to leave. Can't review the food since I don't even know if it's a real restaurant! I was really craving a chicken shawarma sandwich with humus . We came in at 7:00 pm for dinner.

My coworkers kept saying this place was so good, I had to try it. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. Everything was correct which is really rare now days, food placed so neatly in the bags, plus the containers are such high quality. It’s so nice to have because they’re perfect for meal prepping and you can reuse them. The person behind the counter was really nice. He even threw in some baklava which was delicious. Will be back.

I ordered from the wrong Byblos and couldn't get the Denver store to answer the phone. Greenwood Village fulfilled the order so I didn't have to drive all the way across town. Thank you!!!
