The Carne Asada is very good if it's fresh. It dries out if it's been sitting a while. The guacamole is absolutely delicious. The two things that I have a complaint about is they are always out of 1 of the key ingredients of whatever dish is popular at that time and the soda machine is always broken.Parking: Parking is never a problem because the time of day we go there is never anybody there.

The burrito I ordered online literally had half of the items I asked for. I ordered guacamole, salsa, pico, and it didn’t have any of that. It only had rice, uncooked fajita veggies, and a little chicken. The whole thing was dry and not worth the 14 bucks I paid. I love chipotle, but this one really messed up. Don’t go here! Or at least don’t order online.

wow. I am so ashamed that in the place of chipotles founding, Colorado, I was charged 9.65 for a cheese quesadilla (just cheese and a tortilla). There was barely any cheese and the chipotle staff member when I asked was I just charged $9.65 for a tortilla and cheese the response was that is what our manager told us to do. just for reference a chicken burrito is less than a cheese quesadilla. I didnt want any sides just a tortilla and cheese. And the service member acted like $9.65 was just the right price for that. I get inflation is high but this is fast food robbery. shame on you chipotle. Shame on the manager who runs such a poorly operated establishment.

We’ve been consistently disappointed by this location. With a newborn kid, it’s difficult to find time to even eat dinner, so we do pickup when one of us is able to get away. The orders are always incorrect, and they’re often out of the ingredients. We get that things run out, or cooking fresh protein might take a few minutes, but to wait, then get home and have the order be wrong anyways…it’s really frustrating. We’re at the point where we won’t eat here unless we’re in the restaurant to watch it get made. Do better guys.

Literally one of the worst Chipotles I've been ever too. We've ordered take out, delivery, you name it and they constantly make mistakes. The staff and managers are incredibly rude and cannot so their jobs. They should shut down and do some serious training. This place needs help.

be careful with them SKIMPING ON PORTIONS of protein. inconsistent every time. if they try to charge you for a double portion when you are requesting only a normal single portion, feel free to just walk

Don't go here. We ordered in person, paid, took the bag home and half our food was gone. We live too far to go back so I figured I would call for a refund. An hour later, I was unable to get anyone on the phone at the store, so I had to go through the phone number online. This took me to some kind of outsourced hotline, and that representative sent me an email asking for a receipt in order to process the refund. I sent the receipt, and followed up several times over the next two weeks with no response. I finally got an actual human on the phone at Chipotle by calling a customer service number I found on reddit. They said there is only a 7 day grace period for refunds and they won't help me, even though I have a paper trail of reaching out to Chipotle the day of the order. I'm done with Chipotle.

This is the WORST Chipotle location!! First of all, they wouldn't let me pay for the customer in front of me because they didn't have enough money..I can pay for whatever I want. Also, they charged me for double chicken when they gave me one scoop. I said I wasn't paying for double chicken and they refused to give me my bowl without paying for double chicken. The manager said their scoops are now bigger and 1 scoop is double. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disgusting attitudes. I will NEVER come back to this location. Absolutely baffled from the horrendous customer service.
