i love this dunkin! i go in pretty frequently and all the staff is super sweet and will sometimes offer free things for going in so often. super understanding and kind staff and managers :)

This place use to have 5 stars until my service this morning. I felt for the employees at this place ? The manager was all over the place and screwing up the employees working there. I waited 34 mins for my food before I asked where it was. Then the employee told me, she didnt tell you(the mamager). Tell me what? Maam we are all out of totillas. Iam am sooo sorry she didn't tell you, I can make it with a croissant. Which he did and I appreciate him for that.

The lady working the drive-through was incredibly rude to me when I asked what types of donuts they have. When they gave me the wrong drink, her poor attitude altered my experience negatively. I will not be returning to this location.

Just wanted a cup of almond milk. The cashier told me there’s no way to ring my up for this. I said I understood and was fine paying the price of another coffee, just for the almond milk. I was shut down and told they will not/cannot do that and that their GM will know because they watch this place like, “hawks.” She was super dismissive and seemed done with my question. I understood what she was saying but she continued to just be short. She also seemed very scared of her franchise owner.

I absolutely love this Dunkin! The staff has always been wonderful whether you are going through the drive thru or going inside. It is always clean and they make my drinks perfectly. I am always greeted with a smile and if I do a mobile order, my order is ALWAYS ready.The only dicey thing is the steep hill in the winter, but if the pavement is clear, you'll be fine.

Donuts are good, however, I gave the service 3 stars because they always try to slip in donuts you didn't order, if they are out of the ones you ordered, rather than just telling you.

I went in to pick up my online order like I’ve done a million times. I’m not sure if maybe the dark haired lady was having a bad day or something. I saw the order on the counter and said “good morning, is this order complete?” Because sometimes orders come in 2 bags. Instead of just saying yes or no to my very simple question, she glared at me and said “did you even read the receipt? If you’d read you’d get your answer.” And then walked away. But yeah, the order WASNT complete and I didn’t get one of the donuts I ordered….

I don't know if you're really going to want to know this. Well... the young lady that took care of my order was sure out of place as a service person at the register and at the donuts. I told her what I wanted and she turned and retrieved the two Donuts I wanted. She bagged them and dropped them on the counter in front of me. She then looked at me and announced what the price was. I handed her a $10 bill and she gave me my change. No socialization of any type. I told her thank you so much when I picked up the donut bag... and she just looked at me for a few seconds before turning away. So I said you're welcome. Was as if I wasn't even there.Since I was the only customer inside Dunkin' at the time I kind of expected the person to say something like 'welcome to Dunkin' but during my time there all I heard from her was the price of the donuts. She gave me my change without counting it out. When she had finished counting it out there was no thank you for stopping by or anything else said.She must have had very poor training at this Dunkin' or they're just really hard up for finding employees.I have always loved Dunkin' Donuts and being from New England where Dunkin' Donuts had its start... I had never encountered an employee that acted like this so was sort of a disappointment for sure.
