There is onsite parking so no worries on finding parking. I tried 3 types of waffles: The original, chocolate & Oreo. They were all made to order, very fresh, and crispy. I did not order a drink because I have an allergy to Jasmine and the drinks I wanted all had Jasmine in them. My husband ordered the Passion Fruit tea but I did not get a photo of it he said it was fine or his exact response was "meeeeh." If you do have allergies I recommend you mention them to the staff because their menu doesn't label all the ingredients. The space was ample for patrons but they lacked furniture for more guest to be seated. There were some pieces of furniture but they could definitely fit more. It wasn't that busy there were open seats but some were dirty. The music was way too loud inside that we had to shout at each other to talk so we took our waffles to go. Would I try it again? Definitely for the bubble waffles!

The bubble waffles here are great and I love the puff cream you can have with it! The boba here is pretty good, but I think it's just a little bland at times. I'll always come here because I really like the waffle and the puff cream but the brown sugar boba doesn't have a lot of flavor.

The lemon theme is really cute and they have a good selection bobas. I really like my drink, I got a Freshly Squeezed Lemon Honey Jasmine Green Tea with bobas pearls. It was very tasty and you could taste the fresh lemon. The boba pearls were firmer than I would like but I couldn't stop drinking because of the lemon tea.
