Great Tasting Chicken 65 Biryani, The owners waited for me to pick up the order after hours as I got a little late due to heavy traffic. Wonderful gesture.

Biryani was exquisite and the service was great; pastries were okay. Everything was fairly priced. Would love to go back.

Best Indian I've ever had in America. Better than all but 3-4 places in greater London.Don't miss it, even if the small (non bar) location uses paper plates. It's the food, dummy...

I ordered takeout for one mysore masala dosa, one masala dosa and one chicken lunch combo. When we opened the order the dosa were literally burnt and the chicken curry for the combo was spoiled and smelled foul. I went back to the restaurant and told the lady there but she was okay to get a replacement for combo platter with biryani but she insisted that there was nothing wrong with the dosas. I wasn’t looking for a refund or a replacement but was giving a feedback as a regular customer but the way she argued with instead of accepting the mistake it would’ve been a totally different situation. I would like you to know we have many options to get food from but wanted to support within the community but if u treat us like we don’t matter then we would love to take our business somewhere else.Update. The replacement she gave me as a Chicken Biryani, the Chicken is burnt.Food was terrible but would have handled the situation better with good service skills. The whole review is for the lady because of her attitude.

Totally messed up my pick up order. Missing items, wrong spice level, and items were really cold. I have eaten there before in the restaurant and the service is the worst. They pretty much ignore you and forget what you ordered or bring it after everyone has finished their dishes.

There were lots of vegetarian options. They do have small dining arrangements. Some food items were ok, their cakes were good.

Took 1hr+ to make biryani, when they said it would take 45min(to-go). They certainly make the most tasty and high portion biryani in all of Colorado, just would hope that they be more transparent with their time it would take (maybe due to shortage in staff)Their chicken rolls are also great and tasty and high portion size5 star for tasty n quantity3 star for wait time4 star for staff friendlinessTo customers who don't have time, order way in advance and be patient as it's worth the wait if you are a foody and grave for authentic Indian spicy food :)Vegetarian options: Paneer, any vegetarian Indian options present

An expensive $17 Chicken Biryani - Not worth it !!The most disastrous biryani ever, It was like powdered masala rice and claimed to be expensive because they give it in a bucket as the portion is pretty much equal what we get in other Indian restaurants . The Quality was below par of any chicken biryani you get in near by Indian restaurants in Arapahoe Road . Do not waste your money here and the irony is , they charge your for additional Salan . ( a small cup after spending $17)..

I’ve been eating at different Locations of Biryani Pointe for years now and eaten multiple times at this location as well. Our experience last night here was far from ordinary. The customer service was nonexistent at best which I ignored given that I love their biryani and wanted it for dinner last night. I picked up my food to go and was even more disappointed when I got to eating it. The “rice and chicken” the served me in the name of biryani was nothing more than dry, colored rice with pieces of old dry chicken in it. The dish had NO flavor despite me asking for my order to be spicy. When I reached out to them this afternoon to address this, I was first yelled at by a woman claiming to be the owner than a man making the same claim.I’m saddened and genuinely disappointed in this experience. I for one will not be returning to this location and highly recommend others to save themselves disappointed too!

This THE WORST restaurant that I’ve ever been to in America. And im so curious how is this restaurant even still open with that condition. The RUDEST owner ever. The smelliest restaurant ive ever been to. It’s Disgusting, my shoes literally stick to the floor and make noise everytime i make a step. The restroom is beyond nasty. The kitchen is right in front restroom, I literally can see onions on the floor. If you love yourselves and your family, DO NOT order from here.

Excellent authentic cuisine with a huge menu and large portions of lamb. The lamb biryani is the best I have had in memory. Most people not accustomed to spicy foods should order mild level of hot spice. We had medium, which is fairly hot.Great value. Don't be thrown off by the size and plain atmosphere of the place, after all, I go for the food.

Regret giving this place a try. Food was okay. Ordered take away - vegetarian Thali that came with small portions of appetizer, one roti, biryani and what tasted like sambhar..maybe they intended to serve it as dhal but it definitely tasted like sambhar with mango pieces in it. Never been to a place that serves veg biryani without raita but with sambar. What a weird combination! It looked like they just wanted to fill the space in the Thali box with some left overs. Ordered via Uber eats and picked it up. The staff was grumpy and appeared reluctant to allow me to pick up the food. Had to reassure him that the take away was indeed paid for lol. Can one even order online via Uber eats without paying for it beforehand I wonder ?. I believe this place used to be called Hot Breads. Being a native of Chennai where Hot Breads is such a sought after popular place was terribly disappointed even if it's not named Hot Breads anymore.
