I am literally writing this review in the parking lot. Just stopped in for lunch, and the girl taking my order was so rude I just left.I asked if it would be possible to get a club sub minus ham & she told me that she would give me a #7 and add bacon & then just starts making the sandwich. I inquired what the issue was & she said something about inventory. So, I told her I'll take the club with the ham on the side, since it's an issue. No biggie, right. Apparently not because the attitude that ensued was disgusting.Mind you, she never asked a size, kind of bread, what cheese, nothing. So she proceeds to make a regular size sandwich with provolone and shreds the ham and throws it on the counter.I inform the other person behind the counter that the sandwich being made was the incorrect size & the girl proceeds to dump the toppings on the bread onto the counter.Atp, nah I'm good, bad attitude, bad hygiene, just all bad.Headed to my regular store on Arapahoe, do yourself a favor and do the same or go to Snarfs.

Had a new sub. It was the buffalo chicken melt or something like that. Didn't enjoy it. The place is typically crowded on a weekday around lunchtime. This might be the reason I didn't like the sub but regardless I wouldn't order this same thing again. Good service just not pleased with the buffalo chicken! And it was so

I got the club sub on gluten-free bread. It was delicious! The bread was light and fluffy. The ingredients were all VERY fresh. I LOVED IT!

Ok quality and consistency of food. But no friendliness, no customer service, feels cold and dead inside.

I met a lovely lady I believe her name was amber. She was super helpful. A man named Brenden on Monday helped me as well... unfortunately he said some inappropriate comments which ruined me experience

Went to this location to pick up lunch 2-3-23 around 11am. I dont know the young guys name who was working the register with the, im pretty sure longer, comb over, dirty blone hair but hes incredibly rude. I watched him lose his patience with a CLEARLY disabled individual who had down syndrome. I watched for about 3mins, him with an incredibly rude and condescending tone tell this man that he cannot put soda in a small clear plastic water cup. (I have worked in food for over a decade, im aware of food cost, store policies, etc.) This lovely human was attempting to ask your employee about the carbonated water used to "make" the soda and i watched him turn his back and almost walk away. His response with a very clearly annoyed expression on his face was something passive aggressive along the lines of "yeah CO2. You CANNOT PUT SODA IN A WATER CUP." His tone, his demeanor, the entire interaction with someone who clearly may have had some sort of intellectual disability and was potentially not understanding/focused on what was being said was disgusting to watch. Your two employees who made my food, the young lady with glasses and her nose pierced and another guy proceeded to giggle and also be unprofessional about the entire interaction. Wasted my $ here and the sandwich itself was mediocre. More than unimpressed with this location. Train your staff better to be more inclusive to people with more sensitive needs. If you dont have the patience and tact to deal with people of all types and "de-escalate" a situation that really should have been no big deal in this case you should not work in food, or really customer service at all. It was a shame to watch.
