I was in a bit of a time crunch for lunch so I ordered the tonkatsu shoyu ramen to see how the flavors were. I didn't even think about looking on here as it was recommended from a friend. On first bite and first sip of soup I lit up with excitement! The soft boiled egg along with the char siu (bbq pork) and even the kamaboko did the trick! They offered picked ginger along with hot sauce and that only elevated the already excellent dish! Thinking about the noodles makes my mouth water. I'll be back to try the other items on the menu. Since this place is along a big strip of unassuming shops please use your mapping app to find the location. What a fantastic place! I thought I was going to miss Renzio's for moving out but enter Mama's Noodles Cafe and that's all you need to know!

I had dinner from this restaurant last night. I cannot recommend the food highly enough. Excellent menu, fantastic food, locally owned, 10/10 will return again. Don't hesitate to check out this gem.

One Percent Better Every Day

I’ve tried so many Ramen places in Denver and this one does it for me! I’m a regular there now, the staff is always so friendly and nice! The ramen is consistently great and I’m very happy I found this spot, Ive brought a few friends here and they all say the same thing!

The service was wonderful and the price made the food even more amazing. I ordered the pho and it was delicious.

I stopped in based on the stellar reviews so far and got the beef rice bowl for take-out. Maybe the Pho and other items are better, but I thought the bowl was just... "eh." Not bad, but not up to par based on the other reviews I read and certainly not as good as rice bowls I've had at other similar area restaurants. Portion was borderline-small, the beef was "meh" and the veggies were just ok. And at about $13 with tax, I just don't see having this one again considering the other options out there.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices for the quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well! Looking forward to a new branch in Las Vegas!

I ordered the tonkatsu shoyu ramen to-go; was very impressed that my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The broth had more mushroom umami than pork, and the included pork was extremely lean, and thus not super tender. Still, the speed definitely made the price worth it.

We got Garlic Chicken Ramen with 5 Piece Pork Dumplings and hotdog/fries! Great deal! Only $28 for all of this! So good

First time trying rice crunch dogs and boy, was it amazing! I tried the Tokyo dog and it was a deliciously deep fried hot dog that had some crispy rice batter on it. The quality of the sausage was actually really good, not some cheap hot dog. The toppings on the hot dog were great, it had unagi toro, japanese mayo, and hints of garlic.. yum! It's been decided that I HAVE to come back and try all the other variations of the rice crunch dogs! I also tried the fusion street tacos which turned out incredible. They let you mix and match which was nice because I wanted to try both the beef and shrimp tacos. Both tacos were tasty and the pickled veggies on top were great. The tacos come with a cilantro, jalapeno cream sauce and wow, it was just what you needed to add a little punch to the tacos- Side note: I need a big tub of this stuff to take home! The beef ramen was also pretty good- not the best ramen, but decent for the price. The broth was flavorful and the meat was juicy and tender. If you're in the DTC area- this is a great restaurant to check out. The service was friendly and the food was tasty!

What a nice little find in the heart of the tech center. My kids wanted ramen and this place did not fail! Their spacious outdoor seating is perfect for hosting a large gathering. We're not huge hotdog fans but we had to try the Tokyo dog I'd been hearing so much about. It was a pretty unique experience. Super flavorful with a nice crunch! I expected the ramen to be mediocre since they have such a diverse menu but it was actually some of the best ramen I've had! The broth was delish and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The marinated eggs were so tasty. Actually, I was blown away by all of it. We also ordered the tofu spring rolls with the most amazing nut-free "peanut" sauce!! It was out of this world!! And make sure you also try the street tacos. We got one beef and one shrimp. The shrimp one was absolute perfection! The warmth and softness of the inside of the shrimp combined with the crunchy fried breading was a party in my mouth. Get it with the flour tortilla. You won't be disappointed! Overall, excellent experience. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

Three words: VEGETARIAN PHO BROTH. I busted tail to get to Mama's when I read this on their menu, and I'm so glad I did! I LOVE Pho, but left it behind me when I quit eating meat. I'm stoked to be able to enjoy it again! Mama's veggie broth was super flavorful (much better than I have tried to finagle at home, trust me...lol) and the tofu was seriously to die for - puffed up and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Actually reminded me of tempura chicken, SO GOOD. These folks are super friendly and damn their food is good. Fingers crossed that they offer veggie Vietnamese egg rolls at some point..... Whatcha waitin' on??? Get to Mama's!
