They were swamped and my ticket accidentally got slid aside. I was waiting and Aiden, Team Manager, on the line asked what I was waiting for and located my order for me. After that I got impatient so I went and sat down and I was gonna come back up. But Aiden went and found me, brought my order directly to my seat and apologized for the wait. To me, this is top tier service, engaged, friendly, and caring. Great work ethic and made a notable difference for my experience here.

We ordered a pizza, a BBQ chicken sandwich and a kid's sandwich. The kid's sandwich was free thanks to a coupon, the other two items were $29!!! They didn't have two of the items we originally wanted despite them being listed on the website, and we asked for avocado for the two sandwiches, one on the side. One sandwich had no avocado at all, the other one had it but it wasn't on the side as requested. The taste was mediocre too. Pretty sloppy service for the money and such limited menu options. We live close by and could be regular customers, but they gave us no reason to go back.

I got severe food poisoning from this location and my fiance had a bad stomach ache. The worst food poisoning I've ever had. Got the Mac and cheese and chipotle avocado melt. Be warned! I tried to call the store and let them know but they did not answer.

This location never has anything in stock. I tried placing an order for a breakfast sandwich and there are no eggs or egg whites in stock? I tried to order soup another day and they have no bread bowls, tried to order one of their chicken bowls again not available.

Turkey chili was pretty good the only reason it's not 5 stars is they had no staff and we felt bad for the few that were there. Won't return due to this. Help your employees out and hire some people.

I can't believe the poor reviews here! We go to Panera all the time, and this has been our absolute favorite Panera for the last year. We drive past three Panera's that are closer to us to go to this one. Why? Because the employees here really CARE. They care about the people, care about service and quality, and care about making your experience a great one. We have very specific "special request " orders and they are always kind, accommodating and accurate. First, we were kind of overwhelmed with Roger's kindness and personal service... so we kept driving further to go to that specific Panera... then, on a recent visit, Roger wasn't there, but the staff that WAS there were just as accommodating, friendly and kind. I want to thank Roger, Will, and the rest of the staff that was working with Will (sorry I didn't get your names) on the evening of Sept 22... you all are amazing... and I'm so grateful for you. This is our place and as long as the staff stays the same, we will continue to go out of our way to come here!

Panera is always a great place to eat. I love their flatbread pizza and their pick 2 whether it be in a sandwich with a salad or barbecue chicken sandwich with soup. I don't think you can go wrong eating there. The one I go to always has a friendly staff

Cashier Amelia provided amazing service to us when eating out with my family. She listened and explained all menu items to us so we could each have a meal that we enjoyed! She was very knowledgeable about all of the items at Panera, and was very patient while everyone was ordering food. She was also very friendly and efficient! Super great service - we will come again!
