There are really two reviews here - the marina, and the setting. As a sailor, I appreciate Phil (Marina Manager) and his staff. They do a great job. The marina facilities are decent, and kept in order, but the breakwater doesn't work, so waves from passing power boats rock the docks.However, the "lake" water is pretty gross. Nice place, but when we were there the restaurant was closed due to an out of town wedding. That would have been nice to know from their website or posted before we paid to get into the State Park.

Great place!! Fun casual location on the beach to hear live music. It would help if they added citronella torches to control the mosquitoes. They could very easily add them around and keep lit for just 2-3 hours a night.
