I was there for a women's retreat for the first two days it was amazing. Love the hospitality that was given to us. The food was awesome, The service was wonderful. I didn't have to wait long, and it was nice and hot. Would I go back, yes.

This place is hardly ever open n when they're the worker said from 7am-10am then 4-5 or something very annoying like that. Workers that were there the other afternoon were just rude. There were people drinking n eating but when me and my bf went to see we just got shut down n the guy just walked away!!

Pictures do not look like this. I didn't see any restaurant, only a bar and I felt like I was sitting in the middle of the lobby w/kids running all around the bar. Was there on a date and we had to leave to go have dinner somewhere else.

That Matt chef, brought our food out (granted it was a slow night). Explained in full detail what everything was and even came back out and asked how everything was. Now that's service. The food looked and tasted delicious! Kudos!

I am incredibly forgiving when it comes to bad customer service but this was a whole other level of bad. My cobb salad came w/ out chicken or bacon and when I told the bartender, he responded by nodding his head but made no effort to fix the problem and still charged me for the full salad. I always tip super generously but I had to reduce the tip in this situation because I gave him a chance to fix the problem but he didn't and still charged me full price for a salad that was missing 2 main ingredients.

I am in the middle of a stay and I am disappointed with the property. I am a lifetime diamond member with Hilton and let a friend talk me into giving Bonvoy properties a try this season. The first property in Omaha was great and met my expectations of comparable properties. The Sheraton Denver Tech Center is not a property the meets expectations. The room was booked and confirmed with a Marriott rep via phone early this week to have been a double. Imagine my surprise to get here only to find out I was going to have to rent 2 rooms to accommodate my family. There was hair on my comforter and last night we all had to take cold showers and the water is still cold today. I am reasonable. I realize things breakdown, and when they do, leaders take action! The Management response has been non existent. I can assure when I report an issue at a Hilton property, they respond. Do yourself a favor and stay at a motel 6, the experience will be about the same, but you will expect it. And what every you do, don't book a block of rooms here for a team.

Staff were very polite and accommodating as could be However, It needs updating There's no Netflix Free Buffet and Lounge are minimal quality foods. Cost $$ to order eggs or an omelette. At least at other places you get $10 off versus a free meal I would never order anyway.

I ate here multiple times during my stay at the Sheraton. The staff is helpful and friendly! The food is great and fairly priced. I tried the Cobb salad and the burger. Both were great! I will be eating here again during my next stay in Denver!
