Very good service and good atmosphere and may the good Lord Jesus Christ Almighty bless your hearts ? Amen

Lady in the drive through had a smart comment that was completely unsolicited. Do your job and practice some respect.

Visiting the area on vacation and ran in for a mobile order. Was ready at pickup and staff greeted me. Good Starbucks ?

A little bit dirty but the staff were so nice and really fun. Also made the drink amazing.

3/9/24- First off this place is horrible to get into. They have this whole corner parking lit area super messed up. Everything from one way streets to having the road blocked off at one point with poles. We nearly gave up because of how much of a mess this area is due to these bad decisions about the parking lot. If you are not familiar with the area I would just recommend to avoid. Second the lavender drink we got was not good. I understand that the staff can only do what they can with the recipes, but whoever comes up with them doesn't know what they are doing. The drink instead of using a lavender syrup uses a lavender powder. This powder tastes soapy which lavender syrups don't. This means that the person that designed these drinks had no idea about the different coffee related products out on the market. Just not a good experience overall. The one good thing I can say about this location is that they do have low top tables with chairs that can handle larger frames.Parking: This parking lot is super messed up with one way sections where their placement doesn't make sense and they have randomly decided to block off one road.

Best starbucks. The coffee is always amazing there. I drive 15 minutes to get my coffee there even though there is one right by my house. Definitely recommend.

First and foremost the parking lot is so screwed up to figure out how to get to the drive-thru itself. I came up the West side of the lot, turned on the South side of the building, had to pass the first driveway as both lanes were coming my way for Starbucks. Had to pass the second driveway because both lanes were coming my way from Chik-Fil-A. Third driveway, I start heading North, make a left, but I cant get through because Chik-Fil-A put up delineators in the midst of the drive area... the whole thing is too damn complicated, and had there been signs for both drive throufhs upon entering the properties parking lot, it could simplify it for a lot of people!Second... yall are not on a tippable wage scale. Stop with the expectation of getting a tip for "just doing your job"! Tips are given at the end of the service IF exceptional service was delivered.... NOT before I get served!!

I've been here many times the past week. The customer service wasn't that great except for one barista named Lisa was very nice.

Really busy and I kept having to repeat myself and then she forgot to give me the food item, so that was inconvenient. Otherwise, all good.

The drinks were great but the barista cashing us out was extremely rude to my husband. She peeked into our vehicle and saw my husbands work material which are boxes of grout and proceeds to ask him if those boxes are used to make drugs. We decided to come get a nice cup of coffee not be labeled as drug dealers. Will not be coming back again.

The baristas here have always been polite and diligent, but recently this particular store has been run off its feet (a couple of nearby stores closed recently and I think a decent portion of their traffic is now coming here). Mobile order now takes AT LEAST 20 minutes to be ready (usually closer to 30-35 minutes) on weekday mornings, so wouldn't recommend coming in here if you're in a hurry to get to work.

Glad they were open today on Thanksgiving but I wouldn't have been mad if they were closed. Family and friends are very important. Thank you to the wonderful team who served us coffee today!
