I’ve visited this place twice and probably won’t be returning. They open very late, noon, which I found odd. The customer service both times was fine, not great. Their selections are unique which makes it a good experience. I just wish they would put more effort into the people they hire to create a friendlier and warmer environment especially as they are located in the heart of Greenwood Village.

Last night a friend and I went to the Alley for the first time and was BLOWN AWAY. From the door you enter a very crisp and aesthetically pleasing, clean dining room. Their brand is beautiful representated and you can tell they really have a heart for what they have created. This place is a full package. Not only is the environment beautiful but the food and drinks were INCREDIBLE. The quality was evident even before you took a bite or sip. From the scratch made Boba to the carefully crafted flavor profiles this spot is a 10/10! Very highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.Dietary restrictions: Because everything is made in house the owners were very knowledgeable of the ingredients in their products and were able to help me navigate my order.
This place absolutely kills it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Not only is the staff on point, but their bobas are amazing! They have some unique flavors. I personally haven't seen anywhere else! This place is on point. Good drinks, good vibes, and good times. What else could you ask for? Check them out! OR YOU'RE MISSING OUT!

The boba is great! There's lots of comfy places to sit, clean toilets, and very clean dining area. Staff were extremely welcoming and polite!! Did I mention the Boba is great?!
Solid boba chain that maintains its standards throughout. The service was amazing, they answered my questions and the drinks came out fairly quick. It is spacious in there and I saw some people working there on their laptops. I tried the Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk. The kind lady working was really kind to explain what deerioca meant (the name of their drink series) after I questioned it. The boba is solid, definitely a sweet dessert drink I cannot imagine casually sipping on it. But nevertheless, delicious. Next time I crave boba, I will be here!

Was thrilled to discover a milk tea brand I knew in China was here in the US. It's exactly the same except the menu has been translated.The tea is really high quality, although the matcha is just a little thin, if you know what I mean. Not bad by US standards, but not quite the same. The Oolong tea is top notch, though.

Drove 40 minutes to try this hyped boba spot and ordered the creme brulee ube, matcha boba tea, and croffles. Just a heads up to anyone who likes matcha - I would not recommend it since it is on the gray and bitter side rather than green and earthy. We told the cashier that we were really dissatisfied with it, but unfortunately their policy is no refund or replacements. We decided to order a different drink and threw away our matcha (such a waste!) The creme brulee ube was good, and the croffles were magnificent. Overall a nice boba place, but I’m not sure it is worth all the hype.
