I mean it's okay. Bland chicken. Waaah to much overly fried onions. My chicken wasn't dry... but it's because it was undercooked. Not only was it pink, but gave you a gagging reflex from the texture. I went and let one of the workers know that my chicken was undercooked. And she said no... but like I can taste it. She asked if I wanted another sandwich; but at that point I lost my appetite. They did have good pickles tho. It was honestly a little hard to order on how they have the set up.

Solid fried chicken place! We got sandwiches and fries to go and enjoyed everything. Their ranch in particular is incredible i wish i had a bucket of it! I would definitely try their food in person because takeout just never is as fresh as in person but overall it's a really good option!!

I really like their style, large children nuggets fried with spicy dry rub! The meat is tender, and each nugget is a true two biter, so I'm not a huge eater so 4 nuggets and fries was a good lunch. The Grange Hall is a good place for groups who want to hangout and talk, we spent an hour and a half, and felt very comfortable, no rich!

It was pretty gross, tastes burnt. Very messy, the fries were terrible, half underdone half overdone I'm not even sure how that happens, but we ate less than half and went somewhere else

Really good chicken nicely fried and flavor was spot on. Awesome fries and the folks were friendly!

Good chicken. Wish they had a bigger menu. And a little pricey for what you get. Will probably try again.

Had a fantastic lunch here. I'm still trying to figure out what they mean by "crack", but the chicken and the fries certainly qualify! Seriously good food... really. Very flavorful toppings on the sandwich. "Basic" fries are the best I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back and try some other flavors!

Nothing great about it. Bland and extremely overpriced! Staff is not at all friendly.

Decided to give this place a shot. Best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. Right amount of heat without being overbearing. Good flavor. My only complaint is the price should include fries, $17 for a sandwich and drink is a bit steep

There are so many options for really good chicken in Denver, and this Crack Shack location falls way short of my expectations. First of all, this is more like a "Crack Shack Express". I'm familiar with their Vegas location and there are many, many more options on the menu. This is also not a standalone location, it's located within a food court where there are a lot of other restaurants. We ended up getting the Firebird sandwich, fries and a milkshake. I was not at all impressed with the flavor of the food. The Firebird sandwich didn't seem to have any "fire" in it, as my tastebuds did not register any resemblance of spice or heat. But there sure was a whole lot of onion flavor. They seem to want to highlight onions here more than the chicken, as the sandwich is served on an onion bun and has a large amount of crispy onions on it. But despite all that oniony effort, the sandwich was pretty bland and did nothing for me. Also the milkshake was lukewarm and melted by the time the order was ready. The best thing we had was the fries, those were pretty good. But this place offers zero actual sauces to dip those fries in, I couldn't even find any ketchup anywhere. So even the fries, which were decent, ended up being pretty lame by the time we were finished with them. But even though I didn't think it was that good, I spent $50 at this chicken location when I would typically only spend $30 for the same amount of food at Birdcall or Dave's Hot Chicken, which even on a bad day are superior in flavor and satisfaction. So the Denver debut for this otherwise promising chicken chain I think is a bit of a missed opportunity and in my opinion not worth the trip, especially if the area is out of the way (unless you really, really are craving a very oniony chicken sandwich of course).

No Crack, just boujee chicken. The mother cluckers, shake my beak So, I'm really torn on this one. Food: 4/5 stars | The sandwiches and salads are great. Pretty sure the grange fries are scraps at best, and the bottom of their garbage disposal thrown in the fryer at worst. Service: 4/5 stars | Not Jesus Chicken (Chik-fil-A) levels, but good. Price: 3/5 stars | I'd say about 48% more than Jesus Chicken. The iPad/Point of Sales system tax is real here. I always feel tipped shamed anywhere where the POS system prompts a tip for the employee flipping around the iPad and I don't tip, so add another 15%, and you're looking at a $20-$25 bill. Fun: 2/5 stars | While I appreciate the naming of certain menu items (eg. Basic Chick), they could really have more. Also ya'll are NO FUN for not letting the beautiful giant Chicken parked out in the dining area. Think of the memes you Cluckers!

I don’t know why but everything we ordered including the fries tasted bitter. Maybe they don’t change the cooking oil often enough. Over all very disappointing and expensive. You are better off going to one of our major chicken chains and paying half the price.

Bomb Chicken Sandwhich. The firebird is always my go to! We recently moved to the area from San Diego, and The Crack Shack was always a favorite of ours. Very excited to still have it close to home, and looking forward to their new location!

Great place for a great fried chicken sandwich. While the choices are limited not doubt there is something pleasing if you love chicken sandwiches. the toppings were fresh and perfect. The place is inside a common food market but is worth the trip.
