This place is AWESOME. they're randomly closed today. I hope it is a one-off. Very Gastro or whatever meaning GREAT crafted casual food.

This was by far the best burger I have had in years! It was perfect. The onion rings and fresh cut fries were also delicious. I will be visiting at least one more time before I leave town.

If you blink you might miss it… and that would be a mistake. I’ve had the breakfast burritos multiple times. A tad pricey, but well worth it for a morning treat (I recommend the loaded). Burgers here are also very tasty. Awesome little shop, but the parking lot is not truck friendly.

Burger was delicious and so were the fries! Customer service was impeccable! We will be back. I had the cheeseburger and my husband had the pimento cheeseburger with onion rings. The onion rings have a really light batter that's so crunchy and delicious. I wish I had gotten a picture of his food. Next time!

Letup is a small restaurant with a limited menu. The couple who own and run it; Terri and Stephen, are warm and accommodating. The food is, as much as possible, locally sourced and organic. We had breakfast . My wife had Brioche French toast and egg over-easy. Delicious and served with REAL dark amber maple syrup. I had the loaded breakfast burrito. It's a two-hander and very good. You can also get it smothered with green chili. Our breakfast with excellent coffee was only 20 dollars. Highly recommended and a convenient location . We will be going back for try the burgers which are also reported to be very good.

This is such a cute little place that does burgers so well I can see why they keep their menu small. We came in on a weekend around 12 and the smell when we walked in was reassuring that we were about to have a delicious meal. We had the chicken and the special burger! The brioche buns, fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces made these burgers melt in your mouth. The cole slaw was not your typical cole slaw but it was tangy and tasty- More similar to a cabbage/veggie salad with a pickled-style dressing. The fries were yummy but a tiny bit over salted in my opinion but nothing that kept us from devouring them. This is a great casual spot with quick friendly service and sometimes it nice to be able to order at the counter and enjoy a meal that blows other "fast" food out of the park. We'll be back for sure- apparently their breakfast is amazing as well!

Tucked away in the corner, definitely worth seeking out. Nice selection of canned local beer. Food was prepared fresh to-order and ready quickly. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping in.

Our food was amazing! The loaded burrito was simply divine. The freshness of the chilies made the meal. The chorizo was some of the best I've had. This meal definitely has kick! My daughter got the onion rings and they're probably the best I've ever had. My wife is an onion ring aficionados for agreed!

Very good, freshly made food! Burgers were made to order with many add on options. Onion rings were fresh and crispy. Would definitely recommend this as a breakfast or lunch stop.

The Let Up is, very simply, fantastic! Fresh, high quality, great selection. The chef/owner clearly knows food and beer. Tender Belly bacon on my delicious Pimento cheese BLT and the fresh battered onion rings were, perfectly cooked, flavorful but not greasy. So often, a BLT can be tough and hard to eat. This one was perfect. Hubby loved his burger and potato salad. Our new favorite place in all of Denver

Tried the loaded breakfast burrito. Each bite had well seasoned meats and crunchy potatoes. While the offer a smothered option, the fact that it wasn't necessary should speak volumes to the tastiness. The size of the burrito itself was average (big enough to satisfy, but not so large as to feel stuffed). One thing I wish they had done better was the tightness of the wrap, towards the end of the meal - it broke down on me forcing the use of knife & fork. I will be back to try some of their other items as time permits.

I had their seasonal salad and added chicken breast - omg the chicken was so tasty delicious. It was so tender, moist and flavorful. The owner chef even serve our food - service at it's best !!!

Quality, affordability, and deliciousness! Had the bacon cheese burger and fries. You can possibly find a better burger in Denver, but this one was wonderful and very fairly priced. The house cut fries are excellent-the kind Del Friscos used to have before Landry's bought them out and switched to frozen tastelessness. The owners are brave for opening at this location at this moment in time. Go support a truly tasty mom&pop spot. It's way better than the French Press.

I have wanted to stop in here for months! My family finally did and we are very happy about that decision. There are quite a few burger places in this area- fast food to sit down. I'm pretty picky about my meat and so is my husband. We both agreed this is a solid spot with a nice casual feel that we can bring our son to and enjoy a great burger. The restaurant is very clean and you can tell that they choose high quality ingredients and don't cut corners. The potato salad was some of the best I've had. The binder is a combo of mustard and Mayo which also makes an appearance on the cheeseburger. It's realllly tasty. I also felt the meat wasn't greasy, gristly or overcooked. It was medium rare which is exactly what I requested. They also serve breakfast, which is next on the list. Glad you all are here!
