I have been ordering different lunches and dinners from this restaurant many times. Unfortunately, there is something happening there. This restaurant’s service is very unprofessional now. The lady took the wrong order over the phone. She did not apologize for it. In fact, she blamed on the customer about it. How terrible the service is. Also, the food taste is horrible! The materials (meat and vegetables) are not good as before! I do NOT recommend this place to anybody!

I Ordered garlic chicken wings, not 7-11 chicken wings. Over priced nasty food! I will never order from them again! Only thing I’ll give a 1 start for is the fried rice! I will never return. Oh but they make sure they ask for a tip first before anything! SMH NEVER AGAIN!

California roll excellent presentation and flavorful avocado crab meat seaweed and rice. Beef with Broccoli, succulent beef slivers zucchini slices and carrot slices in a brown sauce a must try dish, mini pork buns absolutely a must try.

1. Greeted with A Death Stare2. RUDE3. LAZY4. EXCUSES- It’s everyone else’s fault, but the restaurant.Me: I absorb the negative situation into a positive one. I hope you guys read the numerous 1 and 2 star reviews(tons) again and again and realize that like “always tipping” the motto “customer is always right” is also a part of our wonderful and diverse “Culture”.

Very disappointed that with all the sashimi they offer, their 24 piece sashimi 6 pices of 4 possibly 5 common fish, one being smoked salmon, which seriously is not sashimi. Thus ridiculously expensive for almost grocery store selection. Very good salad and hot and sour soup. Volcano roll very good.

One of my friends knows the owners, so we try to go here anytime we're in the office. Great food and service, plus they have a menu with a lot of great options.

Best food South/east of Colorad Blvd.Awesome...

Owners are extremely pleasant and courteous. Everything made fresh - expansive menu with good portions at fair price. Owners will recommend dishes to suit your interest. Eating here feels good - the service, good food, and you are supporting a local small business which is family owned! Make sure to get mochi for dessert!

My son and I went to Volcano for Restaurant Week and our overall impression was that, for the service and the food, it was not worth the money for their prix fixe menu -- a beer, soup, two sushi rolls, and a single mochi that looked like it had been thawed and refrozen. When all was said and one, we paid $90 and did not get the experience we were hoping for. What stood out the most was when--instead of clearing our table before they brought the dessert--they had put both our desserts onto one plate and set it on top of the sushi plates as though clearing the table was too much effort. A little curious what their regular menu is like, but I doubt we will be going back.

This is a great little gem. The food was fantastic and the sushi was very fresh. Our server was very friendly and answered all of our questions about our menu choices. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
