Shout out to the bartender today who not only was great in serving me a local beer but also filled up my Stanley quencher with ice water after I’d closed my tab, right before my flight left. The real mvp.

The only restaurant in Eagle Airport, so the line was extremely long. I got in the line at a time so that I could make it for boarding. I waited for my ONE bagel for 15 minutes until the plane was about to leave. I had to walk away and waste my money on a bagel that should take 5 minutes at most. I am very annoyed as I have a long flight to endure.

This is the only restaurant in the Eagle County Airport. Let it be known to bring some food/snacks here. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my order of chicken quesadilla, pickle fries and soup/salad. They announced the kitchen was closing about 20 minutes after we ordered and everyone was shocked (it was 130pm). I swear, there was a collective energy of whaaaat?!? That said, everything was really tasty. I'd get everything I ordered again. Mind you, I was also ravenous at this point given I unfortunately was at the airport during a snowstorm in which pretty much all flights were delayed for hours and then cancelled. There's a little grab n go section, you can order coffee drinks and order food as well - you pay at the cashier and then pick up at the bar next door. It was crazy when we went - the grab n go was nearly empty and half the items on the menu were out. Decent food, if you're able to get it.
