Very neat and cozy spot we found on our way to Costco. Very quick service and delicious food I got an egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on an English muffin so soft and warm. Chilaquiles and tinga chicken panini were very tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped here on the way back from Aspen for breakfast and the food was incredible. Had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and a strawberry banana smoothie. Would highly recommend stopping by if you're passing through and need a bite to eat.

How do they get their bad reviews removed? They used to be good, but don't bother going if you like to be treated poorly by the wait staff, gringos are not welcome. Food is not as good as it used to be. Will never go back again.

The service could be faster but this is a place where you can have a great breakfast and a quiet morning. The food they offer on their extensive menu is very delicious and they have variants with dietary restrictions. As for drinks, they range from smoothies, coffee, tea, etc.

Driving through Colorado and decided to stop for a small breakfast with our family of 7. We decided on this family owned coffee shop and it was AMAZING! We got a whole array of items that included, many different flavored coffees, breakfast and dessert croissant sandwiches, donuts, crepes, and the breakfast burrito. EVERY single menu item and coffee we got was amazing (and that's coming from a family of foodies). The pricing was very fair, the service was friendly and the food was served in a timely manner and beautifully presented. The establishment is calm and peaceful with lots of seating. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any body who loves a good, homey coffee shop. I would've posted pictures of the food but unfortunately we were too hungry and it was gone before we knew it. Thats how good it was.

We ate there after getting off the plane after a long day's travel. The chips and salsa were great- I could have just eaten the whole bowl of it with a spoon. The carnitas were not dry, and were very flavorful. Our server was friendly and helpful.

VERY good food! The beans were authentically Mexican (a rare find), asada burrito was tasty, and the chicken fajitas were worth the price. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely come back here!

We found Tu Casa Coffee Bar on Yelp after spending the night in gypsum due to I-70 closure. My mocha cappuccino and egg/bacon on a croissant were delicious! The employees were very friendly and the place was clean. I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff but they were unable to provide the guest WiFi password (employees on staff didn't know it/it wasn't noted anywhere for visitors to view) Was hoping to spend my time here working cause the set up is cute, but had to leave due to the lack of WiFi access.

The food okay not very good, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Missed orders, didn’t check up on us, and we even started getting refills ourselves because he refused to even come to our table. Absolute hot garbage.

No chips and salsa. Not even on the menu. Got a burger and they charged $2 for mayoOther person got tacos with rice and beans....no cheese or sauce asked for pico de gallo and 2 table spoons were in a container for $1.50. Both charges were not on the menu and never mentioned. NEVER AGAIN!!

Super cute little spot. Great food and the prices were surprisingly fair for being so tasty! Very friendly staff as well. Savannah and Mauricio make the customers feel at home and get them caffeinated quickly!

Great coffee selection, and the Mexican breakfast burritos were awesome. I’m glad we found this hole in the wall en route to the Gypsum golf course!
