My family and I were passing through and this was a bright spot on our return home to Dallas. The Bagels were fresh and the textures were pure heaven. If they would consider opening up in Highland Village in Dallas (good name tie-in), this place would do very well. That is one Texan's opinion.

We stopped at this bagel shop while waiting for people at the airport.It is a great place to stop and get a bite while you wait or anytime. They have a wide variety of options and the Bagels are so good! Also, I'd like to address the character of the staff....first of all everyone was helpful and friendly as we ordered and then, I left my purse at the shop and didn't realize it until we got home ( 2 hours away) . It wasn't until the next day that I could call and see if they had it. They sure did and I was delighted that they kept it safe and sound until I could get back there to pick it up. We appreciate that the purse and all its contents were in tact. Thank you to whoever turned it in and to the staff for keeping it safe. We will always stop there when we make trips to the Eagle airport and would go VERY often if we lived closer.

My bagel was salty and dry, not chewy at all. I wanted to become a regular customer but not gonna happen. Staff don’t use gloves and go back and forth from touching your food to the register. Some of them look like they try hard to get the order out but don’t have a system yet. Overall disappointed.
Lady was sweet! I didn't try the food, just coffee and was good. Cute shop and looks like business is smooth in the morning that I was there for 15 mins.

Husband and I found this place by accident. The bagels are wonderful. Place was packed. Coffee is good. I had a hatch cheese bagel with a wonderful cream cheese shmear. My husband had an egg and cheese bagel. Highly recommend.

We love Village Bagel! Stopped at the location in Edwards each time we pass by. So excited that they've opened up there new location in Gypsum. Their bagels are the best, I absolutely love the green chili and the everything bagel. Staff was amazing and kind. Highly recommend and we'll be back many times over.

Too bad, yet another joker thinking they can operate an eaterie 1) without properly training their staff while 2) getting upset and raising their voice to make them selves feel better about how poorly they operate. And on top of that, who the jell puts sesame seeds on focaccia? Don’t bother with this place, let them fail, their employees will be happier collecting unemployment…..
