I have the app and every time I want to use the points it turns out that it is difficult or not possible, on this occasion they could not include 15 wings in my order and pay for them with 2000 points from my app, in the end they charged me for the complete order and separately They gave me 15 wings to take away... the waitress said I have to, she didn't know how to apply it to my order... what's the point of accumulating points as a frequent customer?

If you know you're going to be busy, make sure you're staffed. Waited nearly 40 minutes for food, finally came out barely warm looking like it had sat out for 20 minutes. May try again, kitchen sucks.

Boneless wings extremely dry. Order of fries only comes 1/4 filled. Two fountain drinks that didn’t even show up. This store ALWAYS miss items with takeout orders.Management needs to check orders before they get sent out for delivery because this is the fifth consecutive time we have items missing and quality of food was terrible.*****(Update: YES- owner…. That same night I went in the website and I am still yet to hear from corporate. So you’re not doing great at “making it right”. I’m still waiting)

DoorDash showed cold as ice and I’m three miles away. Fire DoorDash and start doing delivery properly.
This place is trash, came in to enjoy the Super Bowl like I do every year( first time at this location) the service wasn’t friendly, we ended up ordering through the app the entire time and left during halftime time. Will not be back, found miscellaneous things in our shots/ drinks. Just wasn’t the same atmosphere I’ve had at other locations. Don’t recommend

I ordered online. My order was delivered from door dash and taped shut from Buffalo Wild Wings so the order could not be checked. After calling the restaurant manager on duty was disrespectful and would not let me speak. I was nice at the beginning of the conversation then he blamed everything on door dash and said I needed to contact them and it was not his problem. For corporate reasons it is 1.27.24 at 7:12 pm so you can see what manager is working and give them coaching (as it is needed). We ordered according to the receipt +$CC boat (x3) this is carrots and celery. Also ordered MOZZ Sticks + Marinara. Received 2 mozzarella sticks in our order. I’ll post photos that this was checked off not by door dash who is being blamed for the mistake but by your manager or the expo or takeout in your kitchen. Take responsibility for your mistake. Don’t blame others. Thank you for the 8 sides of ranch I did not order as well. I ordered blu cheese. I can’t take a picture of the “+$CC boat” (x3) because they are not here. I’ll take the beating for you when my wife gets home after her 13 hour day at work. Trust me I’m nicer than she is. Have a great night.

Dont know why i ever go back here. Food came out cold, not warm, cold. One server working the whole dining room on a weekend at lunch time, on nfl playoff weekend. Out of the two beers we tried to order. Messed up both my childrens orders as well. Not sure they got a single thing right.
