The employees seem really annoyed to be there. There is very few employees that smile and one lady who is very nice and friendly but, everyone else looks absolutely miserable. The food was okay. I got a burrito and the chicken was fine but the rice was hard and terribly undercooked. Restaurant was pretty dirty and I cleaned my table before I sat but there was a group of high schoolers in there throwing food, napkins and forks at each other so that may have been why it was dirty. It’s close to my work and is a fine meal but I feel like they could definitely improve this location to bring it to the standards of others in the area.

***BUG IN FOOD***Came here for a mobile order pickup on 4/2 around 6pm.First the order was made completely incorrect for both entrees, almost as if a different order had my information printed onto it. When the items were remade- there was a BUG attached to the lettuce, (who knows if there have been more bugs in that dish or other food that was served that day?!).No one was able to grant a refund at that time and I am STILL waiting on the refund.Do NOT trust this location to uphold proper food handling and safety standards, absolutely appalling!This experience has ruined chipotle for me!

I have been eating at Chipotle for ten years now. This is the worst one I have ever been to. Ordered a $10 burrito and got something that was barely as big as my palm and whose thickness was a little bit more than a $3 Taco Bell burrito's. The counter person said that it was because I didn't have many ingredients but I don't know how you can say that when my burrito asked for both kinds of rice, both kinds of beans, sofritas and lettuce. Sure enough when I opened the wrap half of the burrito is just folded over tortilla. I'm never coming back to this place. Go here if you want to get ripped off.

these morons do not know what they are doingi waited ten minutes for my order online for pickup after the app said its ready for it to be wrong. the staff was standing around doing nothing with barely anyone in the restaraunt.i had to take my order back to wait another 6 minutes for them to remake it and they blamed it on "confusion."what is confusing about following instructions on what someones order is, it is not hard.whole staff needs to be drug tested

I despise this location for poor end-to-end service, quality and quantity of food. Not consistent with standards of Chipotle. I hope Chipotle HQevaluates overall Cust Satisfaction and not just location based basket size, volume and bottom line.
This place is run by coke sniffing Gen Zers with a collective average IQ of 32. Kid you not. I hope grown ups and Chipotle corporate are watching operations (they might be busy smoking hookah in the back office)!I always have better experience eating at proper Denver Chipotle locations. And, what’s with cutting down meat quantities to 50 percent in burritos??!! And, overloading a bowl with hot sauce galore when asked to be easy with the hot sauce.Jeez. I will have to go find another location.
