Bright shiny place. Employees are nice . Place is clean. They have some amazing looking dishes. Both meals we got were excellent. They are very crowded weekend mornings so recommend going during the week.

We were greeted and seated by Chris, who had such a warm energy and was so kind. Our server, Maddison was outstanding! She was so friendly and helpful- it was our first time here. This location was so inviting and clean, staff was stellar!

Breakfast was "Traditional" breakfast with 1 extra egg. . The bread is good as were the potatoes. The poached eggs were cold as if they had been taken out of a refrigerator. Not room temperature but refrigerated cold. The bacon was very undercooked and also at best, room temperature. The extra egg was forgotten and came out later and it was even colder and dry like it had been sitting in a refrigerator as well. A very expensive breakfast and not very good. Will not be returning.

Okay there blueberry tea with lemonade is the best! Such cool drink choices and food. I got an avocado toast that was so goo and my mom got this sweet bacon it was so good! Service was good and checks in frequently. Lots of seats for people and cute pictures.

First Watch is great. I think there is an expectation that everything will be superior and they have always met those expectations with us. Well done!
First watch in highlands ranch is one of my favorites. The service is almost always outstanding with friendly staff that genuinely cares about your experience. I have had many different dishes at this restaurant and everyone of them has been great in its own way! First watch has a very nice energy with cute decorations and lighting. This continues to be one of my favorite breakfast places and I would recommend to anyone looking for a yummy breakfast. This location does get pretty busy during peak hours but they have a great online que that you can join from home so you do not have to wait at the restaurant (as there is not much waiting room inside). First watch also has a seasonal menu that changes from time to time during the year that includes food and drinks which is a nice touch on top of their regular menu. I will be returning often to enjoy first watch again.

Amazing breakfast experience. Though I love breakfast food, I don't go out for it nearly enough so maybe I'm not the best critic, but everything was exceptionally good to me. I had to share a order seasonal gingerbread spiced donut holes with my pal, and they were divine! Then I just had The Traditional, but the potatoes were cooked perfectly, the chicken sausage was delicious, and the artisan toast was hearty and filling. I actually could only eat 1/2 the plate, which is a good thing since that would be an appropriate serving for a person of my gender, age and size but then add on a few donut holes and that tipped the balance of a "healthy" serving. ;) Waitress was very good and friendly. Cute decor. Highly recommend.
