just drove here at 2 pm on a Monday during their normal business hours and it was locked and closed? with no sign on the door or anything, just closed for no reason.

I was really craving a smoothie and decided to drive 20 mins to Jamba Juice to get one and the doors were locked. It’s mid day, 1:15 pm. Along with me and my daughter, another family of 3 and a gentleman all came at the same time. Lost a lot of business.

The girls working today were fantastic. My Caribbean Passion drink was delicious. I am not too sure about the food items, though. I had the Cheddar Twist, and the taste of tomato paste inside was a little overpowering for the small amount of bread. Overall, I had a great experience.

We got smoothies today and they were horrible. They were watered down and tasted like nothing. Not sure what has changed but we will not be back. Smoothie King just got new customers.

if I could give no star I would waited 10 minutes with only two ppl waiting for smoothies to place a order. and after I order she throw my card on the floor and was super rude. if I'm paying almost $20 for smoothies some decent service would be nice. won't be coming again this place need change bad or new smoothie place.

Love this smoothie place it's literally the only one ill go to! I see the same guy everytime I go in! He lives there I swear. He's fast and will get your smoothie out in less than 5 mins!

You need to post your new hours on the door. This is not a new complaint for this location. Just put up a sign already so we know what to expect

We came here and there was only one employee and they were very overwhelmed with the number of customers. We ended up leaving without ordering bc the employee was throwing stuff around in frustration because of how overwhelmed they were.

Posted hours are 9-5. I showed up at 10:45 AM. Doors were locked, no one inside. No sign explaining unexpected closures… it’s like no one showed up for work! I stuck around for 5 minutes and an employee finally came to the front, and didn’t unlock the door. What a joke. Wish I could give 0 stars, as 1 seems too generous.

GAGE is the best for customer service and smoothie reccomendations! Highly recommend only low due to covid times.. otherwise should be 4.4. To 4.9 stars
