Terrible location. The lady who took my order was aggravated because she repeated my order incorrectly. So when I politely said that's not what I want she had a n attitude. Then I asked when my food was done was it correct and the gentleman that gave me the food was not pleasant at all. The only kind person was the curly hairded gentleman that greeted people as they walked it. Not sure what's wrong with the employees here.

Jersey mikes has gotten too expensive for what it is. $18 for a large sub??? $7.4 more than a regular? Sad because I used to come here a lot but there are too many new sandwich options nearby that aren’t as expensive and are as good or better.

The staff was so friendly here, everyone seemed interested in their jobs, which is few and far between these days. I'll be coming back for sure. Great quality meats. Truly a sub abub.

To start this review I'd like to state that Jersey Mike's is not even worthy of one star. The food here is mediocre at best and on top of all that I've gotten food poisoning twice now from this location. The first time I couldn't attribute with one hundred percent certainty that I got food poisoning from this location, but now after a second run in with stomach issues I can now say with great certainty that it came from this place. I don't know if the employs are not washing their hands or using bad quality food items but I would highly recommend not eating at this literal sh*t hole.

I just had the best experience here. Two of the sweetest kids I’ve met. They made me and my husbands sandwich perfect and just had the sweetest attitude. I didn’t catch their names but they were working at 4pm on 7/25/23. Those kids deserve a raise :)

The service here is absolutely great! On my last visit a guy behind the counter, his name is Sonny, was so helpful and very courteous. I am gluten free and he explained to me the options for that. It was just so nice. He has long, dark brown curly hair and is probably in his early 20s to mid 20s. He would be a great candidate for management.

This was one of the best experiences I've had getting a quick sandwich. We were at Whole Foods next door that used to make sandwiches that were gluten free but they don't do custom sandwiches anymore. We ventured next door to Jersey Mike's and I was so impressed with the level of service. Not only was the place squeaky clean but the gentleman helping us was really accommodating for my gluten allergy. He confirmed allergy and made sure everything was safe. The gal in the place jumped in to finish Mr. H's sandwich. They were both so friendly and suggested some soda options for us. I can't wait to eat this once we get to our fishing spot! Great job today team!

Not sure when closing at 9 turned into doors locked at 8:30 but I guess that's pretty much everywhere these days. If you're gonna lock the door at 8:30, probably should change the posted hours of business to reflect that as well.

I think they're very underated here. My husband and I came in and got the Big Kahuna sub to share....too much cheese for me, but that's not their fault. The sandwich was super good, but the staff here is amazing! I work in the food and beverage industry and have for 23 years and I have to say I've lost faith in a lot of drive and professionalism shown by the younger generation at different places I've gone out to eat..... The crew here though are definitely on their game. Safety and sanitation was being taken as a priority. They were friendly, attentive, have great sense of urgency.... And the tables in the sitting area were being cleaned regularly and quickly. I felt they definitely deserve to get a shout out for their hard work.Sunday April 23rd 1pm

Iv been enjoying jersey mikes for over 10 years. I fell in love with the crispy texture of the bread. Today I recieved the saddest flat soggy skinny sandwich. I wad informed thats how I always make it, I declined to eat it and was not issued a refund. Pretty

The food is very good and usually they’re nice here but Sonny, if he actually gave me his real name was very rude and not at all helpful. He says he’s the one in charge today 2/20/70 at 1:30. He needs some serious customer service training. For management in case she gave me the wrong name, he is pretty young, probably in early to mid 20s and has long, dark brown curly hair. You can also look up my reviews and see that I have given many positive refused to many businesses, including this one in the past, and I give VERY few negative reviews.

Worst sub ever. Bread is thinner than sandwich bread. The veggie was soaked with oil and the whole thing fell apart and was thrown away.
