Omg . I've been going to KFC for 50 years. This place should be shut down. Staff was cool . Food was like warm and old . Not fresh . This is a A&W as well . The burger was horrible too. Counter - dirty . Tables - dirty . Bathroom - puke . And .... And ... the drink machine was down - no price break on the $2.99 soda . But we did get 2 biscuits thrown in to compensate ..... wow. Yea KFC corporate - pull this franchise. Embarrassing .

I was initially intomidated because I saw a lot of negative reviews.Either way, my wife son and I came to enjoy dinner.Shout out to Kelly had immaculate customer service, a positive attitude, and high energy.He definitely deserves his props.I witnessed him do drive thru,front counter, and walk out Food to customers simultaneously.
Ordered a root beer float and when I got it, there was no ice cream. Told the girl and she said ice cream broken. Why didn't she tell me. I paid for a float and got root beer.Wanted a refund but husband vetoed me. Had the chicken fried steak and there was so little meat in there. The cole slaw is good tho. We will not be going back.

Got wrong order. Called management they basically said when i was in the area and wanted a free replacement to call first and come in. Then i was given a name thats non existent. And told too bad so sad and i got nothing for my issues. These people seem very unprofessional and kinda rude. Dont go here.

It took 45 minutes for a kids meal and a four piece chicken strip.I also ordered a root beer float,There was not 1 g worth of ice cream in it because it had all dissipated into the root beer. I would try and go back to get a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for, but it would take too long. Never going there again. I’m really irritated right now because after you wait for 45 minutes for something that should take five or 10 you are a little defeated, but I could’ve made all of this food from scratch In a shorter amount of time.But at the very least, you should get what you paid forI paid for a root beer float, not a cup of root beer that had ice cream at one point.Thank you so muchNothing says I care about myself like hard work

Ordered from this location and had a missing large mashed potato. It was the only one in the order so we just had no mashed potatoes with our meal :/

1000% the slowest service I've ever seen in fast food, I'm not exaggerating when I say I can get food faster at a sit down restaurant. Then when your food finally comes? The order is wrong but you don't have the 15 to 20 minutes for them to fix it so you just say "screw it I guess I'm having a sandwich instead of a potato bowl"

This place is the best place to get chicken in any type of way. I have tried everything done in, take out and even delivery and I am never disappointed. I tend to go through the drive thru and each time they have made my order at the time I purchased it. What I mean is that I may have to park for a few minutes but it comes out hot and freshly made. The chicken is crispy and I order just the leg and they have no trouble in giving me the meat I choose. The biscuits are so warm and they melt in your mouth. The sides that come with a larger order has always been a success with my family or a family events. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The person I get at the window is a gentleman that has almost black hair and not real tall so if you get him it's even better. If I have to wait to have my food made he always brings out my drink and something small to eat while I wait. So please let me wait a little bit.
I have eaten here 3 times, sadly. As this franchise is less than a mile away from my home. This is HANDS DOWN the WORST KFC franchise I have ever had the guilt of even trying. Rude staff, lazy employees, no integrity or work ethic. Old food, seems like it is microwaved. This location needs shut down, cause you drive up the road 10 miles to another KFC, and it's ok.. Not this bottom of the barrel joke. The wrap below is what I got today, let's just say it went right in the trash. I can get better chicken tenders frozen from kroger.

I decided to give this place another chance after not coming for at least a year and I'm glad I did. The previous 3 or 4 times were awful- food wrong, long wait and old/dry, store filthy, bad service. This time was just the opposite- I assume there's a new manager, because the staff was polite, the food was fresh and delicious with no waiting, and the dining area was spotless. Good job, whoever you are!
