How do you rate service when I have to put in my own order myself these days. In that case my service was great. By service do they mean self service?

Play place is nice. Good amount to climb, enough room for adults to assist their kids. Food was left in the fryer way too long, was burnt all the way through. Syrup running out in the soda machine. But the kids had fun with the light up tables!

I understand that McDonald’s is one of those places that makes no sense to make a complaint because it’s just.. McDonalds but regardless of the establishment, I still expect to be treated kindly automatically. My family and I went to this McDonald’s last night, ordered our food, just for the fries to be forgotten, we pull back around, let them know kindly they forgot the fries just for the man at the window to start speaking in Spanish because we looked white (which I am Hispanic so we understood every word he said) stating how “these a$$holes are saying we forgot their fries” paused, told the worker to grab a thing of fries, for one of the girls to shout out “FOR FREE?!!” as if we were just trying to get free food.We paid for those fries, and if we wanted free fries we could’ve just used the code on the app. I find calling someone an a$$hole infront of them in another language to be extremely disrespectful, not only that but the fries were beyond salty anyways meanwhile everyone else’s fries weren’t.. coincidence? I think not, and the food was so bad that one threw up last night and another had diarrhea in the morning which then tells me this place probably is beyond unsanitary (this isn’t even the first time stomachs have been torn up from this specific location) .10/10 would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s as I’m sure the one down the street treats you a lot better and is cleaner.

Ordered 3 shakes through drive-thru. Got up to window, they asked if I could wait and pull ahead. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Walked in, shakes sitting on the counter and getting warm. I ask for shakes, she goes , oh sorry, and pushes the milks shakes and walks away. Pretty upsetting, and

The person on the intercom said they were closed a solid 20 minutes before the posted closing time. Suggested edited hours since they don't wanna stay open as long as they say online or on the door. Drove 10 minutes to get to what was supposed to be the only open location within like 10 miles but I guess they don't feel like working or something. Whatever.

They need to work on making orders correctly. Extra pickle means adding more pickles not removing all pickles. No onion means remove all of the onions, etc.
One of the best run McDonald’s around. Consistently good service and fast.

The kids play area inside is a really nice idea. Our little one loves to play there. Service is really fast and we found the staffs really friendly and efficient. Very conveniently located right off of the highway. This place is clean and really well maintained. Food is good with a nice selection of hot and cold beverages and ice creams. Overall it is a great place for quick bites.
