I rarely ever write reviews, but the service I received at this Noodles location was so ridiculously awful that I have to tell others. My fiancé ordered Pad Thai with chicken. The receipt says we were charged for chicken, however there is no chicken in her bowl. This is only one of multiple things that went wrong with this order.I walked in and said “is it possible to do the chicken parm with the spicy Italian sauce instead of the regular?” Not a crazy question, one would think. I’ve gotten the exact same order at this location before. The clerk proceeded to tell me they did not have a spicy Italian sauce. I said I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten it here before, is maybe called something different? She asked her manager, and they both confirmed there was no spicy red sauce. I went to the menu, and read them the description “spicy creamy tomato sauce”. I said that’s what I want. They said “Oh, the Rosa. We can’t substitute the Rosa on the chicken parm.” I said okay, I guess I’ll just take the regular sauce. Then, after we paid, I asked the clerk what possible pasta could I have gotten with the Rosa? She said “oh, you can get any pasta with it, we just can’t substitute the chicken parm”…. So, I could have gotten all of the ingredients of the chicken parm (penne, chicken & cheese) in a bowl with the spicy creamy sauce. But they never presented that as an option! They could have just said “you can do a create your own bowl with the spicy sauce and the chicken and the penne?” It could have been so simple. Not only did they not know their own menu, but the lack of care that the customer didn’t get what they wanted was astonishing. Then, a small thing, but to add to the idiotic nature of my visit: my fiancé clearly said “to go” when asked “for here or to go?” The clerk handed us a number, and I thought it was odd that we received a number for a to go order, but I didn’t say anything because I was already annoyed by the previous interaction. Turns out she rang it in as dine in, so we had to put lids on everything and bag it ourselves. Again, not a huge deal, but just shows the general lack of attention to detail from the clerk.I love Noodles, but I’ll definitely go to other locations from now on.

This noodles and company is one of the best I’ve been to, the customer service is awesome and the food is always hot n fresh. I know this location has had some rough spots, but I really think they are becoming a top tier restaurant! I took some time to read through other reviews, and one that really annoyed me was a complaint about the “fullness” of their bowl. Looking at the photo provided that was a normal serving size for noodles and company, if ya wanted more food ya coulda asked for extra instead of getting butt hurt at the 4th inch of empty bowl space. Give this place some slack before you write a review, ESPECIALLY if it is aimed at an employee! I’m not sure how much they get paid, but it ain’t enough to deal with your 5* restaurant “standards”

Nasty! Not clean at all. Food is poorly made each time. They can't even see that their meatballs are way over cooked! They just blame it on the oven and that's how it's cooked...... we'll then get your oven checked!? DuhPoor attitude from staff too. They really don't care if things are good for you they are just there to get paid.

Kat and her staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my daughter’s birthday dinner extra special (she’d been begging to go for her bday for months). For a group of strangers to make a little girl’s day just a little bit more magical, it renews your faith in humanity and I cannot thank them enough for the experience.TOP customer service. Best Mac and Cheese hands down. And just truly kind and thoughtful people. Hope others get to experience the same on a normal day.Sappy Momma out!

NOT GOOD! Do not go to this location! I have been coming to this location for a few months. Came in tonight after a long day at work and just wanted food and to sit down and relax. The help all appear to be 6th grade drop outs and after I ordered, I was told I didn’t have the choice to eat my food in the restaurant and that since they were so busy, my order would get “lost”. The girl taking orders told me should bring it out then proceeded to bring out a bag and slammed it on my table. THIS STORE NEEDS TO HE SHUT DOWN BY CORPORATE!!! I am in the process of contacting corporate or a district manager to address this stores mis-management.

Honestly not a huge fan of noodles but my daughter wanted to try it and it was really pretty good. Had the Chicken Parm Noodles and she had the Asian Noodles. Cost was reasonable as well.

I don't care what nobody says. This location is the shit. Every time I've been here customer service has been on point! Jesse is the best!! You won't regret spending your lunch here!

It is amazing to me how consistently slow the service at this noodles and co is. We live nearby and frequent it occasionally. Our standard practice is to avoid this one and go to another further away from where we live- that's how slow it is every single time. It is painful to watch the inefficiencies and lack of urgency in the very visible kitchen. This time it took 30 minutes in an empty restaurant at 2:00 pm for two standard bowls (Mac and penne Rosa). I leave disappointed every time I come. We will continue to bypass this one.

Not only are all of the employees wearing sunglasses indoors which makes me wonder what they are on but today I found part of a broken off toothpick in my meal. Of course they are all quick to say that no one there chews on toothpicks. Hmmmm….. did I get part of someone else’s partially eaten meal mixed in with mine or what??? Needless to say I am disgusted and I won’t ever eat here again!!! I also can’t help but notice that not every review gets attention by corporate. It makes me wonder if they really care about their customers.

Absolutely love this place, the manager there really changed how great the place is doing! The staff are really nice, and the food was delicious. The Japanese pan noodles without mushrooms, while adding onions and tofu is my favorite dish there! I enjoy how the restaurant feels, happy and decorative when the holidays come around, and calm anytime else. Overall, I love this restaurant, and I can't wait to go back again!

We had the Pad Thai and the Mac and cheese. Both were served quickly and were very tasty.
