I ordered over phone, apparently to a call center...I told them the price on menu said $12 not $22.They said I could get it for $18, but not $12.I went to pickup, and showed them the $12 price.They said no problem we'll take care of you.That's Fantastic Customer Service!The only thing that would've made it better would've been delivery Service. But we live too far away. No worries.We will definitely be back!Thank you papa johns staff highlands ranch, Littleton Co!

Not sure what goes on here but we made a $100 order and a few mins later got an email that it was canceled.. just canceled. No reason. It was even for a pickup they didnt even have to deliver anything.

Papa John's has always been my preference in terms of the best pizza and ingredients. I came here today for a carryout of two large create-your-owns for my birthday lunch and was not disappointed at all! The pizza looks and tastes delicious (excuse the picture of after we had already started chowing down) and the customer service and energy in the store was amazing!

I don't normally have issues with this place but last night really left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a pizza online 25 minutes before the closed and I was told it would be ready in 10-15, but instead of them completing my order they waited the 25 minutes until close and then cancelled my order. I was in disbelief considering I was sitting outside the store waiting for my food to be done. A big disappointment to experience.

We ordered delivery on a Sunday evening. An hour and a half later, we received half our order. We called back and they said it had been left at the store and the driver was bringing it. An hour later, we still had not received the rest of our food, though they said it had been delivered. Checked the front door, and our cold food was sitting outside, never having received a knock or anything to let us know it was there.We brought it in and opened up the box to see part of it had been eaten by either a store employee or the driver. This is HIGHLY unprofessional and unsanitary.

Worked here for 16 years as a driver. One of my 4 children has worked here also. It's a fun side job and full time for most. I work 2 jobs. We have had our ups and downs, good and tough times. This company was originally Franchise owned. Then corporate took over. It is currently Franchise owned. The current Franchise owners have proved they care about this store and employees. They employ "HUMANS" who have HEARTS, BRAINS and RENT to pay. Our customers are its lifeline. Please continue to support our store and employees. I have worked with so many good people. Forged so many friendships. Don't have a bad thing to say. Love their pizza (doesn't give me heartburn like other competitors)

We have ordered from them for years. We don't usually have a problem, and usually always pick up. But tonight we ordered delivery and our pizzas where horrible almost inedible. We ordered the works no mushrooms or olives and it came with what seemed like extra. Our BBQ pizza had so much sauce we literally scraped it off. When I called and the generic operator answered I asked for the manager, some employee answered and said he's only authorized to give me 20% off next order. That didn't even cover the cost of one pizza and both I ordered where not edible. When he finally "talked " to a manager I was supposedly given a free pizza but it hasn't yet showed up on my account.

Manager fixed delivery problem

Craig’s keeps hanging up on us because the delivery took 2 hours. Horrible customer service. Cold pizza and wouldn’t refund us the money.

Would give no stars if possible.Ordered today - spent $60 plus dollars, received the pizza from an excellent, friendly and professional delivery driver.Only to find both pizzas I ordered to be extremely soggy and inedible. I called to speak to the manager and was treated very rudely. I gentleman who answered the phone didn’t address himself and gave me attitude when I asked for his name. The conversation continued with him being very rude and unprofessional. I also asked for the store managers information and he repeated his comment that he didn’t have to tell me who the store manager was. Who ever this person was does not need to work with customers or have a job with customer service. I called back to try and speak with someone else and when I asked the person who answered what the store managers name was he simple gave a made up name, and started laughing and giggling with a coworker while I was still on the phone. Very disappointed, this will be my last order with Papa John’s ever.

Your driver, Joel, needs to be in management. He needs to be training people and have his own team. I have not had customer service that good in over a decade…literally. I was absolutely floored by his level of service, his attitude, his kindness, his professionalism. Unreal. I’m not from Colorado, I’m from out of town, but I will be ordering from this store again when I come back through, solely because of him. I’m a hiring manager for a logistics company and if he lived near me I would be stealing him for my team. That guy is an asset and needs a massive role in your organization. Thank you, Joel!

I just stood at the counter for 5 min while the person that was supposed to be working the register just continued making pizza dough even though she was told to help me out twice. She yelled back and someone from the back who was pleasant enough ended up helping me out using her register password.
