Closed for Halloween due to staffing shortage? Could you at least customize your voicemail message to indicate by this? I (and others) drove to the store since the phone just rang and rang. And more, the sign in the door directed customers to the store on University … and then THAT store’s phone rang and rang too. It’s far too coincidental that both stores were short on staffing. Sounds like employees wanted a night off. Unprofessional, especially on their busiest night for Tuesday specials.

This was the worst pizza ever!!!!! It came late and cold with literally no sauce no cheese and barely any toppings and seriously tasted like cardboard. I couldn't even eat it!! Papa John's you should do the right thing and refund my money and get out of the pizza business!!! This is not acceptable do not order pizza from here!!!!!! I never will again!!!!!

I love the staff and the pizza is good but for some reason our last time the instructions resulted in burned and dry pizza. May have been user error but I've done this several dozen times a year and not had it do this before... if something changed in the instructions or the dough please tell us so we don't waste our money. :(Also, they really should pay at least minimum wage instead of expecting customers to tip. I like leaving tips but what extra service are we topping for? Making a pizza? That's what we're paying the store for. Delivery or serving hot food I understand but having a sign that promises more than minimum wage only to then say it is 'with tips' is a bait-and-switch.

Terrible service. Obnoxious staff. They screwed up the order (wrong toppings and overcharged me) and when I called to tell them about the problem the guy I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to listen to me, told me to “call back tomorrow” and hung up on me. I won’t be back and neither will anybody else I know.

Love PM. Sad this one is lacking. Especially on the toppings. Skimpy! We have to drive further to another Papa Murphy's where we are able to get their quality pizzas.

This is the best pizza you will find in the area. Loaded up with toppings, much more than the delivery pizza. Plus with take and bake, you can make it as crispy as you like.

Ordered Mediterranean delight pizza (thin crust) online. Got it home - it was regular crust with very little chicken and other toppings for that matter. Garden salad was sad and wilted. My first clue should have been no one is the store T 6pm on a Saturday Night This business has definitely gone down hill. Won't return. Prices are crazy for what you get.

What a nightmare... and never again. Used to have decent luck here for basically upscale-ish Totino's pick-up; the luck has run out. And so begins my tale of woe... Ordered a all meat pizza with thin crust. Got a some meat on half the pizza instead. (I have it on good authority that there might have been some cheese hiding under there as well.) Also got 5-cheese bread and cookie dough. Started with the cheese "bread". Followed the high altitude instructions. The " " is because it never became bread, just a dough-lined puddle of grease. Inedible; guessing old dough, dead yeast. The pizza then went in after a careful redistribution of the toppings, plus some mushrooms and more cheese-- rallying, folks! Following directions, put the thin crust in for around 10 minutes then went to slide the tray out from under the pizza to crisp per instructions. Which proceeded to collapse. About a quarter of the dough was torn and it fell right through on to the hot oven bottom, immediately setting off a military-grade smoke bomb. By the time I got that mess under control, the remnants of the pizza was a sodden mess. In the trash and 0-for-2. Off to McD's, but at least we had cookies! Or not... Threw 8 balls of the dough on a tray into the freshly-cleaned oven. Again followed directions to the letter. Instead of slowly spreading out like good cookies should, they began to rise like biscuits!! Cooked to the recommended time; they never did spread or flatten out. Let the scone-like lumps cool, bravely took one small bite and spit it out. Stale taste with just a hint of so. Checked the package only to learn that they had expired 3 days prior! Totally my fault; should have checked given the roll we were on. You could make this up, but luckily we didn't have to. Like I said, never again.

Wow. I don't think I've ever been as disappointed with the lack of toppings for a family size.

I had a birthday reward for a free pizza valued up to $16, I placed the $15.75 order online. I got to the location at 9559 S University Blvd Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 and the order had not gone through. The manager bossed me around and insisted on doing it at the register. She ordered me to put my phone number in their rewards machine. She could not figure out how to get the $16 reward. She could only give me a $10.50 reward. She tersely asked if I still wanted it and I said no. She proceeded to sarcastically say Have a Good Night in front of all the people waiting. I went to my car and ordered online to another location with the $16 reward. This manager represents Papa Murphy and it was one of the worst customer service I have experiences I have ever had. I will not go back to this location ever again

It's very easy to call and put in an order or order online and pick it up within about 15 minutes most of the time.
