I arrived at the store 5 minutes ago and it was 7:23 p.m. and the store doesn't close until 8:00 p.m. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment to walk in and see that the staff had already removed all the ingredients for assembling pizzas. I asked if they were closed and the two employees said "Uh yeah, sorry." If you are actually wanting to order a pizza during business hours, I highly recommend going anywhere else.

This store barely puts any topping on their pizzas. It’s been that way now for a couple years. Any time it’s more convenient for us to go to a different location we do so, as the value is so much better at any other Papa Murphey’s in the metro area.Otherwise, the store seems organized and food is ready on time. It’s so close to our house, we will still order here occasionally due to these traits… but it’s still always pretty disappointing picking up a pizza that has maybe 15 pepperoni on it and 1/2 the cheese of other places.

Don’t let the idea of take and bake pizza fool you, this is the real deal. For significantly less money than a sit down restaurant, you get a sit down restaurant quality pizza. You do need to know how to bake it, and I can’t suggest strongly enough that you crisp the crust by placing it directly on the rack partway through cooking.

Halloween fail! The line was out the door. Everyone was confused and no one could give any answers. I placed an online order at 10am for a 4pm pick-up. After, waiting in line for 25 minutes I made it to the counter and was told, "I don't know where your order is, how long it will take to make it and we might run out of food." The poor young manager was trying to do her best, but she was overwhelmed and did not have the answers or a system to fix the situation. This was a general manager fail on planning and supporting their team. Why the GM or owner did not come in to support their team and help fix the situation, is beyond me. They need to fix their online ordering for next year and turn it off when they have too many orders. I wrote my name and number on a piece of paper and was told I would be refunded. Hopefully they follow through and take this a learning opportunity.

Normally a pretty good business. Not so today. I placed an online at 1:30 PM for a 3:00 PM pickup. The placed was understaffed and jammed. By 4:30 they were still working on orders from 2:00. They promised to cancel my pending order and issue a refund. A quick check on my credit card and the charge is still there--now I have to contest the charge with my bank.

I have family in town who loves Papa Murphy’s . I walk in to see 5 guys with shaggy long hair without hair nets making the pizzas. A 6th guy comes out from the back, luckily wearing a hat; oddly he has the shortest hair of the employees tonight. I hope we don’t find any hair in our pizza

This location is really starting to fall apart. After having to return to the store because they gave us the wrong order, it wasn't until I was walking out the door that they even offered a cursory "sorry have a good night." We are regular customers who always tip (not anymore). In addition the toppings are so skimpy they are barely there - This photo is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pinapple - it's the same amount as the other pizza with regular cheese. They missed toppings entirely on our third pizza, though they did manage extra cheese on that one. I couldn't return it because the teen was so hungry it was in the oven before I even saw it.

I have been going to this location for almost 5 years, can't beat the $10 pizza's that was until this past year got a new owner. In 7 month's the stuffed pizza's went from $10.00 to $12.00 to $15.00 to last Tuesday August 22 2023 it went up to $17.00. I asked the guy behind the counter how long has it been $17.00 and he said as long as he has been there. Always been a great guy but he had a really bad attitude.I will not be going back to this place again, and from what I have heard about the new owner has not been good and hope people realize that with this review.

As you can see from other recent reviews this location is so bad it should be shut down.The last 2 "pizzas" we bought here were a total ripoff. They've cut way back on all the toppings and the pizzas are like eating cardboard. Tonight's pizza had a piece of mystery meat that was hard as a rock.We used to get reward points with each purchase, but all of our points have disappeared. Our receipt said our account was unregistered. The guy behind the counter made some lame excuse but I think it's more likely corporate purged reward accounts to further reduce costs in this crippling liberal toilet swirl.

Just got two different pizzas from the Highlands Ranch store and can't rave enough about how great both were. In a time where most restaurants are skimping on the product this place is not. I would have to say this is the best pizza we've had in a long-time, kudos to you to the crew who made our pizza spectacular.

I ALWAYS order Pizza from this store, today I had an "earned" reward due to me,but when I tried to add it to my online order it wouldn't take it. I showed the guy there my reward on my phone, only to be told we don't have any S'mores. I thought fair enough they ran out. When I politely asked if I could get a free garlic bread or something as an alternative, he just said we don't do that! So you advertise rewards, I had to order 3 pizzas to earn that reward, and you can't give me an alternative item?????? Very angry, i won't be going back to this store again.

Was just was turned away from the store being told we are not taking walk-in orders because there are too many online orders. Unacceptable customer service. I understand being busy and I might have to wait a bit longer for my pizza but being fall out told no sir we will not accept your order is unacceptable for any business.

Salad was disgustingly gritty. Like chewing on sand.Also, please don’t solicit tips up front as you don’t offer any additional services other than making pizzas. I am already paying for the pizza so why am I being asked to pay a tip? Just makes me wonder if they are spitting in my food if I don’t.
