Came in right before closing time with a very complicated order and not prepared for the three orders I had to make granted I was the only customer in the store, but the two employees working tonight were amazing and have excellent customer service skills and deserve all the recognition in the world. I wish I got their names, thank you so much!! I haven’t been known to be a Qdoba fan but I will be coming to this one!!

Came in tonight to get some food for the family with my Husband and Little One. As soon as we walked up to the counter the lady working seemed irritated already ordered what we wanted how we wanted and just seemed annoyed everytime we said anything involving our meals. What irritates me the most is being charged for a normal chicken quesadilla when we asked for a kids quesadilla and when I asked about the kids side and drink 3 times I was ignored till the gentleman at the cashier stand helped us out. We had ordered two bowls and when I asked for 4 tortillas on the side she was annoyed and warmed up 2 burrito size tortillas that she had forgotten about till I came back to get them and they were still in the heater burnt, careless customer service is not a good look the gentleman that helped us was amazing and even came back from already getting off the clock about to head out the door to get the tortillas we were charged for as the lady so carelessly could care less.....

We ordered delivery today and needed to call to make sure we got a side of chips that we forgot to order and also to make sure they saw a note requesting a tortilla. Apparently, requesting a side of chips from a Mexican restaurant is an outlandish and difficult request, per the female who answered the phone. She acted like she had never been asked for anything to be added to an order. I had to repeat my request at least 3 times. When she finally saw that I had requested a tortilla on the side, she said "ok, thank you" and then she hung up!! Clearly I was not confident in the fact that she understood what was needed and for her to just hang up without confirming everything was so lacking in any effort in customer service. It is now quite clear why they have a whopping 2.5 star rating here. I feel 2.5 is quite generous. There are many other places for us to go in this area, I'm shocked they are still in business. Do better, Qdoba!

Thanks to Skyler and Chris, keep up the good work.Update : I came to the same location and watched a manager use the non Cholula chicken on my tacos that were Cholula, guess she didn’t wanna get a new hot dish out for me. Then she slid my food to the counter without closing the lid on it…she didn’t ask if it was to go or not. Its only a few steps and she also didn’t smile or give any indication that she enjoyed being there. I worked in customer service and this was not a good look. Customer don’t want to feel like they are an inconvenience or they will stop shopping at that location.
It would have been nice to get the queso i paid for. When i got home it was non existent. The baffling part was 7pm on a sunday no one in the store but me and two gals working and they messed up the order. The chips were terrible.

Staff was very standoffish almost like I just walked into the aftermath of a blowout between staff or staff and a customer but the worse part was one of the ladies preparing food was not wearing gloves and to make things worse she went from touching food to her face (wiping her nose) and back to food/utensils. I was about to ask for her to remake the food that I had ordered after washing her hands and putting some gloves on. Coming from someone who has A LOT of food working experience... FDA prohibits anyone from bare hand contact with ready to eat foods and if say this qualifies as that.. additionally I watched the staff start and stop processing my online order multiple times while I was waiting for it and watching the "order ready" time go way by.. after finally asking the now one person working if my order was ready they said it wasn't and proceeded to walk away...

As usual QDOBA has the best “burrito place” Nachos. Their chips are truly the best. I get my chips on the side and snack while I work. The guacamole is always fresh. I normally work on the other side of town, but stopped by this location and they were super friendly. Treated me like I was one of their usuals. Thanks for making me feel at home. Nice work!!
