We went there this year for Christmas Eve. It was very cozy, polite service, and really good food! Wish it was a bit more affordable though

I loved Lazy Dog anyways, but after tonight I love them more! I ordered a family meal that says it serves 4-5, but it really serves 6. There were 6 chicken breasts, and two big containers of mashed potatoes and green beans. It fed myself for three meals, and my boyfriend for three! It was only $44! It all tasted delicious!

Nice place. Nice decor. This was one of my favorite places until the last 4 times coming in. Our server was Caleb. First the servers haven't been trained in customer service. They leave you sitting because they are slammed. Took us 20 minutes this time to get drinks. I had to go find him to come to table. Once there he just stood there and announced "well what do you want?" We told him we'd like to order the food also and he rolled his eyes! Then took 10 minutes to come back with 3 waters and two teas! He had to ask where everything went. I had asked to get our salad out before the sandwich. Did that happen? No. Instead the salads never made it out! When he did bring out they had the wrong dressing. We could see it was wrong and showed him. He actually told me it was the correct ones! Ha. As if I couldn't tell. We finally got our salads after our sandwich was finished. They were wedge salads. The core of the lettuce was still in the wedge and hardly any green lettuce. Really bad quality. The kitchen manager should be checking these simple dishes that are going out. No drinks were refilled. We got up and poured our own with a pitcher we found When we asked to see a manager we were told there was only one there and they weren't available. This was on. Tuesday at lunch time! So much for a nice birthday lunch! But, you pay anyways!

Great food and service. Loved the varied menu and will go there again. Not crowed with large dining room and wonderful patio with relaxing fire pit.

Excellent food. Service and atmosphere! We always enjoy eating at Lazy Dog restaurants. Brunch, lunch or dinner is always a treat.I always take a banana pudding dessert to go for my father in assisted living...a favorite treat! We had a Chinese chicken salad and fish and chip today. All delicious, all were fresh and very large portions.Ice tea is always fresh. Thank you for the wonderful lunch today!

Been here 3 times... super long wait at 6 pm on a Saturday evening... went elsewhere...But.. been here twice for lunch which was much better... not loud and much less crowded.Enjoyed the atmosphere... very lodge like.Had shrimp taco plate which was very good...Next time had a Cobb salad which was ... meh.... They need to see how a Cobb salad is made.. not really a Cobb Salad imho.Wait staff is friendly and attentive from drinks thru checking out... like the check out process. Will frequent Lazy Dog ... but probably for lunch or early dinner.

First time here and I like it. Its a big space with plenty if seating. The outdoor patio looked amazing but we had a business lunch. Kayla the manager gave us some complimentary parmigiana chips. Hreat surprise and so tasty. Service was great and food matched. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was awesome. So were the sweet potato tots. Great place so try it out.

This is a great choice for lunch or dinner in Highlands Ranch. With a very varied menu, there are great selections of food and beverages. Recently, our last visit was after church on a Sunday. The restaurant was very busy but we were able to get a table quickly. I ordered some wine and Chicken Parmigiana. My husband opted for a grilled chicken Cesar Salad as he's dieting. Food and service were great! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our late lunch here with the family. Since it was our first time, we were treated to free Parmesan chips, which were tasty. We found it amusing that half the serving cone was stuffed with paper, though, and we had to wait for our check because the server didn't know how to remove them from the bill, but I'll get to that. We also had the Crispy Deviled Eggs to start, because having them fried intrigued me. They were OK, and I'm glad to have tried them, but I wasn't impressed enough to get them again. We were informed that everything is very fresh and made from scratch here, even their variety of sauces and dressings.Son had the Chicken Parmesan which was delicious and ample. Mr H. and I both wanted the Pot Roast Beef Dip which was tender, flavorful, and plentiful. We enjoyed all the sauces and son found one he wanted to take home with him to Utah the next day. We ordered a bottle. Unfortunately, while the server was trying to figure out how to fix our check, she forgot to bring the bottle of sauce and we were almost home before we realized it. The small cost was credited to us when we called, but it was especially disappointing since it was meant to be an edible souvenir. Our server was very sweet and efficient otherwise, though. Looking forward to making this a tradition after a matinee at the nearby movie theatre, since the restaurant is very busy for lunch, dinner, and brunch.

Lazy Dog is a solid choice for dinner while traveling and we're happy to find them on our adventures. The stores are huge, and there is a lot of volume when they are busy so be prepared. The wait times are generally low and they do a good job flowing traffic through the restaurant.I've enjoyed everything we have ordered and this trip that includes the bison meatloaf and ahi bowl. The meatloaf was a fuller portion and my wife was very pleasantly full. The ahi left me wanting something more (so I cleaned up her meatloaf.)

Visitors for out of state, group of 5 and first time visit. Ambiance was a little loud but had a fun sport bar feel with hipster vibes. Staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions on everything on the menu. For the most part everyone enjoyed their food. We ordered chicken wings and queso dip for appetizers. It was mediocre but if you're drinking I doubt you will notice the appetizers. Entrees were Huge portions! I had the pot roast and it was good. However one person in my party , had one of their burgers raw & bloody (request at ordering was to be cooked well done). Staff apologized , offer to redo dish and sent the manager to visit our table. Manager apologized and said she would comp the burger for being undercooking. She was very nice. Replacement burger cooked correctly. Order a couple of desserts to share but the apple pie was the favorite. Not overly sweet and baked nicely. Once our meal ended and had a bit of a long wait to get our checks . Reviewing all our checks. They charged the comp meal. When the waiter came back to our table he explained that the burger was comp. They did not charge us for the replacement burger. We were a little surprised at the explanation. At this point we had been there so long , We paid the bill because it just wasn't worth the time to wait for the mgr again or even debating a $17 burger. *****Be warned *****if you're food is not prepared correctly, and they say they will comp your meal. The only mean the replacement. For this reason, slow service and pricey meal. I rate this experience a 2.5 stars on customer service and principle that if you offer a comp meal due to restaurant error. You should not charge for that meal.

My family and I came in the other day and after we were sat nobody came over to take a drink order or anything for 15 minutes. When we finally flagged someone down, our server Joshua more than made up for it. He gave us a free dessert and took 25% off the bill. He was so polite and funny, overall amazing! Another woman who was working also came over to apologize for the wait. I don't know if our original server just forgot about us or if there was a shift change so our table just got lost for the 15 minutes, but the staff at Lazy Dog more than made up for this mistake and we will be sure to come to this location all the time now!The food was also

The food was very good but the real showstopper was Erica, our waitress! She went above and beyond in helping us and making us feel very comfortable. She made the entire dining experience worth the trip! We are from Utah, but anytime we get back to Denver we will stop by and make sure to ask for Erica!

This was our first time at this restaurant. We waited 55 minutes for our food, Bartender, Nelson, was extremely attentive and hustling every minute. The manager, Naomi, was very kind and comped our food because of the extremely long wait. ( We had movie reservations and had to cancel). The food was good. We will give this restaurant another chance. Atmosphere was great. It's all in how customer service is handled.
