The service was great. The atmosphere is really nice. The Happy Hour prices were also great but we weren't that impressed with the Dragon Roll. It was...okay. As was the Spicy Tuna Roll. We thought the pit stickers were also just okay. My sister said her Mango Tango Roll was really good. I'll try it next time and report back.

Smokin Fins is a seafood restaurant in Highlands Ranch. The atmosphere is lovely albeit a bit dark. We had the poke tower which was good. Their clam chowder is solid. We also had their fish and chips which was ok - the fries were good but was hoping for a bit crunchier crust on the fish. Overall solid restaurant.

First time here and mad I haven't been earlier. Started with the Kickin Shrimp which were delicious, great flavor with touch of heat. Paella was great and loaded with Clams/Mussels/Shrimp/Sausage and chicken. Very flavorful meal and can't wait to come back and many other dishes!

Always have a good meal at Smokin Fins. The salmon was great, ahi Tuna was a bit dry compared to normal. The sushi roll was great and the Brussels sprouts and clam chowder were delicious. We were all hoping for the poblano soup that used to be on the menu. (Can you send the recipe?)

SUSHI HAPPY HOUR. ENOUGH SAID.I love finding unusual happy hours like this! Unfortunately we went here for lunch so not happy hour and the food was beyond delicious!! I only wish I had a bigger stomach! We ordered all appetizers! Started with French mussels and Clams and OMG the sauce for this was so tasty!! I love that it came with bread for dunking in the sauce! Also ordered the Kickin Shrimp, Poke Tower, and the Pork Potstickers! Everything here was so so good. I can't wait to go here for sushi Happy Hour!

A girlfriend and I went out to dinner and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend making reservations a few days in advance if you want to go on Friday or Saturday. We walked in and sat at a community table and totally loved it. It’s a fun atmosphere and I highly recommend trying anything there, especially the Mahi any way they prepare it is delicious.Parking: Easy and plentiful, especially with how busy they were when we arrived.

Had just an absolutely awful experience last night. I live in the middle of Kansas. 2 weeks ago I called and asked if I needed reservations for all you can eat crab on Mondays. They assured me I do not because Mondays are slow. I told her I would be there in two weeks. Then I called this past Sunday night to ask again if I needed reservations and was told no. I showed up with a friend last night and was immediately told that they were no tables available just high tops. We said we'll sit at the bar until a booth became available. We ordered a couple drinks and about 15 minutes later we got sat at a booth. We were then greeted by a server named Logan. Every single interaction we had with Logan was absolutely 5 star. He knew his menu and throughout the whole god-awful mess I'm about to describe, did nothing but provide excellent service at a level of a fine dining restaurant, which Smokin' Fins definitely is NOT. My friend and I ordered the crab from Logan. He took our menus and left the table. Several minutes later he came back to tell us that the restaurant was OUT...of CRAB...on all you can eat crab night. We immediately asked for the manager. That's when the real awfulness ensued. We both had the complete displeasure of speaking to Jose, the Assistant TO the General Manager. When I voiced that I've been looking forward to this for weeks, he simply shrugged and said they're out of crab because it's a holiday and everyone is off from work. I told him "I worked today" and he said "Oh that's too bad." I then said it is a failure on the part of the head chef to not order enough crab ON A HOLIDAY and ON AN ALL YOU CAN EAT MONDAY. He then shrugged and said "Well we can give you 3 clusters each." No apology, no remorse. Just apathy compounded by an intense desire to be anywhere else but at work. My friend and I took the offer of a comped three clusters. My friend only got two. And then, when they brought out the clusters, the table next to us was visibly furious because they had been told the same thing and here we are getting what should have been THEIR crab. And I agree. It should have gone to them as they were already eating when we sat. This just shows the complete lack of experience from the manager, Jose. He then offered to refund our drinks that we had first purchased at the bar and he never did. Being a visitor to town, I had no idea that there was another location in Littleton. I called them about 30 minutes before they were about to close and was told they have lots of crab but they're about to close. Had Jose even called them when we first sat, we could've driven over there and enjoyed a nice meal. Instead, we left hungry and we left furious at a horrible evening. The only and I mean ONLY saving grace was that Logan was an absolute joy to have serve us. He made us laugh and he got my friend and I to the point where we at least had an enjoyable evening with each other despite the laziness and lack of empathy shown by Jose. Jose should be seriously reprimanded and honestly demoted. He has no business serving customers.

My husband made a reservation a week before dinner, specifically mentioning that we needed a high chair for our young children. However, upon arrival, we were seated in a booth with excessively high couches that were extremely difficult for my 1-year-old and 5-year-old to sit in; they had to climb up and down, which was very dangerous. Additionally, we were required to share the table with a young couple. When I questioned why we couldn’t be seated at a regular table, despite there being at least 7 or 8 tables available, the server insisted we had to sit there. They provided us with a slightly higher high chair, but it was still too low for my one-year-old to reach the table. In an attempt to help my kids eat, I requested two stools, but they were not secure and led to dangerous accidents during our meal.My one-year-old slipped from the stool, hitting her head on the ground, and my 5-year-old also fell heavily when climbing down from their high perch.I was very frustrated. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, his response was dismissive and unsympathetic, stating they had never received complaints about the high seats before and that they provided those high chairs so kids could sit there. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially since we made the reservation a week ago and were still placed at their high table despite being the only people with young children at that time. All I was asking was why, when regular tables were available, were little children still being placed there? I simply wanted to convey to the manager that putting little kids there is dangerous, and I didn’t expect him to respond with such an attitude, telling me it’s not their problem.

Always good service and great food. The special was Cioppino and it as full of seafood. The mango tango roll was an excellent choice as an appetizer. The sesame ahi tuna was on point. Perfectly done. It might be our favorite restaurant.
