Stopped by Snarfs on a Tuesday night to pick up a sandwich and two bags of chips. Waited for over 30 minutes for a delivery order, which I did not receive.. There were three people working, with at least ten people waiting for food. I can understand being busy, but I question the training for the staff on duty.

The food was very good. I liked the crispy bread. I had BBQ beef and their BBQ sauce was super good. My D-I-L lived their GF menu.

The food is great and the service is pretty good too. I stop by for lunch at least once a week. My only complaints; there big pickle is more like a big salty cucumber and they are not usually loud enough to be heard when calling your name.

Don’t believe the hype. Overpriced, underwhelming sandwiches with less than enthusiastic staff behind the counter.Never come here during a lunch rush and good luck placing an online order during said lunch rush. They prioritize walk in customers before filling their online orders.Still waiting on our order and it’s been almost an hour.

Came in to pick up order and the heavyset lady making the sandwiches was incredibly rude to me and had a horrible demeanor, she was also really sarcastic and unprofessional. I wish I would have said something but didn’t.

I judge every place based on a simple roast beef sandwich, and man was it delicious. Almost ate the whole 12 inch for dinner last night, but I’m glad I didn’t as I very much enjoyed the remainder for lunch today! The combo of great bread and great meat makes it.The place was simple, but clean, and we loved the free stickers. We will be back, I just need to remember to sign up for rewards.
This place is terrible. I got the mother clucker and they put Italian dressing all over it? Not requested and it says oil not Italian dressing. Either the workers can’t read or the manager is just plain lazy. I will be calling corporate for a refund.

All the sandwiches are baked. I ordered the Italian and a 1/2 sandwich was plenty for lunch. Counter service was great and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely go back.

First time at Snarf's sandwiches. I took the advice of the gal at the register and ordered prime rib with provolone and au jus on the side. I liked the crunchy warm bread and the meat was tender and tasty. I would go back and sample other offerings in the future. Overall a solid sandwich and a good experience. ?

The person who took our order I'm assuming was a manager because he appeared to perform an interview after. His service was terrible. He made us feel as if we were bothering him when taking our order, I specifically asked for hot peppers and he looked at me as if that was a forgone conclusion only to barely have any peppers on my sandwich. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich which she stated she had more sauce than protein. We wanted to call but felt we would be better off just not going back. Which is a shame because the other locations really do well and had us excited for this location close to home. I hope you all do better in the future or leave the space for someone who will.
